AWS เปิดให้บริการ Amazon EC2 แบบ G4 พร้อมชิพ NVIDIA อย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว สำหรับงานด้าน video transcoding, game streaming, remote graphics workstations ไปจนถึงงานประเภท ML, real-time speech และ NLP
สำหรับ Amazon EC2 G4 ทุก instance จะมาพร้อมกับ NVIDIA T4 Tensor Core GPU ซึ่งแต่ละตัวจะมี 320 Turing Tensor cores, 2,560 CUDA cores และเมมโมรี่ 16GB ส่วนซีพียูใช้ Intel Xeon Scalable (Cascade Lake) เจเนอเรชั่นที่ 2 ที่ปรับแต่งเพื่อ AWS โดยเฉพาะ มี 64 vCPU และพัฒนาอยู่บนระบบ AWS Nitro ซึ่งสตอเรจแบบ local NVMe ของ Nitro สามารถใช้กับดิสก์ได้สูงสุดถึง 1.8TB แบบ direct access
