ส่วนแบ่งการตลาด ICS เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 2.9%, เยอะสุดยังเป็น Gingerbread 63.7%

เมื่อต้นเดือนมีนาคม กูเกิลปรับข้อมูลส่วนแบ่งตลาดเวอร์ชัน Android รอบวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2012 ในขณะนั้น Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich มีสัดส่วนอยู่ที่ 1.6% เท่านั้น ล่าสุดกูเกิลปรับข้อมูลส่วนนี้แล้วเป็นข้อมูล 14 วันล่าสุดก่อนวันที่ 2 เมษายน 2012 ผลมีดังนี้

  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich เพิ่มขึ้นอีกเล็กน้อยเป็น 2.9%
  • Android 3.0 Honeycomb คงตัวที่ 3.1%
  • Android 2.3 Gingerbread ยังคงเพิ่มขึ้นอีกเล็กน้อยที่ 63.7%
  • Android 2.2 Froyo ลดลงอีกเหลือ 23.1%
  • Android 2.1 Eclair ตกลงอีกเหลือ 6%
  • Android 1.x ทั้ง Cupcake/Donut เหลือ 1% แล้ว

เพื่อนผมใช้ Nexus one ครับ

ตอนซื้อมาเป็นยังไง ... ณ วันนี้ก็ยังเป็นอย่างนั้น มันไม่ทำอะไรกับเครื่องเลย ไม่ใช้ฟีเจอร์ของสมาร์ทโฟนด้วย

ซื้อมาโทรเข้า/ออก, ส่ง SMS, ถ่ายรูป

มี Acer บางรุ่นที่ถูกๆ ออกมาเป็น Donut รึเปล่าครับ
ก่อนผมได้ศึกษา
ผมยังคิดจะซื้อให้ที่บ้านเล่นเกันเลย

โชคดีเปลี่ยนเป็น Mini แทน (จริงๆ ก็ไม่ชอบ Mini นัก 55555)

ผมก็ไม่รู้นะว่าอื่น ๆ ที่ว่านี่มีอะไรเท่าไหร่บ้าง เท่าที่ดู ICS รวม ๆ แล้วมีถึง 12% (เครื่องผมเองไม่น่าจะโดนนับ เพราะไม่ได้ใช้เวอร์ชั่นจาก market) ส่วนนึงเพราะ app ผมออกแบบมาสำหรับ Honeycomb/ICS ด้วย (แล้วใช้ library ที่รองรับเวอร์ชั่นเก่า ๆ ช่วยอีกต่อ)

Gingerbread น่าจะอยู่กับเราไปอีกนานครับ 555

10% ของยอดดาวน์โหลดของผมมาจาก 2.1 ครับ ตายยากสุดยอด เลยเขียนแอพทีต้อง support ย้อนหลังกันตั้งแต่ 2.1 เลย

รายงานนี้น่าจะสำรวจว่ามีใครใช้เวอร์ชั่นไหนกันอยู่บ้างนะครับ

ไม่ใช่ ยอดขาย ว่า 14 วันนี้ เครื่องไหนขายได้กี่ % บ้าง

ฉะนั้น ไม่น่าจะเรียกว่า ส่วนแบ่งตลาด (market share) นะครับ

น่าจะเรียกว่า สัดส่วนการใช้งาน (usage share ?)
สัดส่วนการถือครอง

อะไรประมาณนี้มากกว่า ?

เพราะรายงานชิ้นนี้ กูเกิลรวบรวมจากมือถือแอนดรอยด์ที่เข้าไปใน Google Play

ฉะนั้นเรียก ส่วนแบ่งตลาด หรือ ส่วนแบ่งการตลาด ไม่น่าจะได้ครับ

เพราะ market share ต้องนับจากยอดขาย ในช่วงเวลาหนึ่งๆ
