สรุปสถิติข้อมูลแอปพลิเคชั่นของธนาคารขัดข้องหรือล่มที่รวบรวมจากรายงานของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) ในช่วง 6 เดือนแรกของปี พ.ศ. 2565 มีธนาคารทีเอ็มบีธนชาตครองอันดับหนึ่ง โดยล่มมากถึง 12 ครั้ง รวมเวลา 38 ชั่วโมง ตามมาด้วยธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ และธนาคารกรุงเทพ

สรุปสถิติแอปฯ ธนาคารล่มครึ่งแรกปี 65

  1. ธนาคารทีเอ็มบีธนชาต (TTB) ล่ม 12 ครั้ง รวม 38 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย 3 ชั่วโมง 10 นาที/ครั้ง)
  2. ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ (SCB) ล่ม 8 ครั้ง รวม 7 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย 52.5 นาที/ครั้ง)
  3. ธนาคารกรุงเทพ (BBL) ล่ม 3 ครั้ง รวม 22 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย 7 ชั่วโมง 20 นาที/ครั้ง)
  4. ธนาคารกรุงไทย (KTB) ล่ม 3 ครั้ง รวม 5 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย 1 ชั่วโมง 40 นาที/ครั้ง)
  5. ธนาคารกรุงศรี (BAY) ล่ม 1 ครั้ง รวม 4 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย 4 ชั่วโมง/ครั้ง)
  6. ธนาคารซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย (CIMBT) ล่ม 1 ครั้ง รวม 2 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย 2 ชั่วโมง/ครั้ง)
  7. ธนาคารซิตี้ (CITI) ล่ม 1 ครั้ง รวม 2 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย 2 ชั่วโมง/ครั้ง)
  8. ธนาคารกสิกรไทย (KBANK) ล่ม 1 ครั้ง น้อยกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง (เฉลี่ย น้อยกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง/ครั้ง)

เมื่อเทียบกับข้อมูลปี พ.ศ. 2564 จะเห็นว่าเพียงครึ่งปี TTB ล่มไปด้วยระยะเวลาสูงกว่า BAY ซึ่งเป็นอันดับ 1 ของปีที่แล้วทั้งปี (เกือบ 29 ชั่วโมง) ไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว ส่วน BAY ก็มีการพัฒนาที่ดีขึ้นโดยล่มนาน 4 ชั่วโมงเพียงครั้งเดียว ขณะที่ KBANK นั้นยังคงมีอัตราระบบมีปัญหาน้อยมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม คงต้องรอดูในครึ่งปีหลังกันว่าอันดับจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือไม่ต่อไป

ปรกติ BOT จะออกรายงานเป็นรายไตรมาส ไม่ใช่ราย 6 เดือน โดยรายงานจะออกเดือนถัดไปของเดือนสิ้นสุดไตรมาส

ลองดูข้อมูลต้นฉบับจากหน้าเว็บ BOT ครับ

ผมแก้พาดหัวไป แต่การเรียงลำดับน่าจะแปลกๆ ครับ เรียงตามจำนวนชั่วโมงดีกว่า จำนวนครั้งนี้ไม่ได้บอกอะไร หรือนาทีต่อครั้งก็ไม่ได้บอกอะไรเช่นกัน (แก้เช้ากลับมาล่มบ่าย เฉลี่ยต่ำลง แต่จริงๆ คนเดือดร้อนตลอดเวลาที่ล่ม)

ส่วนท้ายอาจจะสรุปความเปลี่ยนแปลงจากปีที่แล้ว เช่นว่า (อันนี้คำของผม ปรับตามความเห็นผู้เขียนได้)

จะเห็นว่าเพียงแค่ครึ่งปี TTB ล่มไปด้วยระยะเวลาเกือบเท่ากับ BBL ล่มเมื่อปี 2020 ทั้งปี ขณะที่ BBL เองก็กลับมามีปัญหาเกิน 20 ชั่วโมงภายในครึ่งปี ขณะที่ KBANK นั้นยังคงมีอัตราระบบมีปัญหาน้อยมาก

การเรียงลำดับจำนวนครั้งตามด้วยเวลาผมเอามาจากข่าวต้นเรื่องซึ่งน่าจะอิงจากข้อมูลจากการรายงานของ ธปท. มาอีกทีครับ
