กูเกิลประกาศเกมใหม่ชุดให้ให้บริการเกมบนคลาวด์ Stadia

PUBG ต้นฉบับของเกมแนว Battle Royale ที่รองรับ cross-play เล่นกับเพื่อนบนแพลตฟอร์มอื่นได้ด้วย
เกมจาก EA จำนวน 5 เกม ที่เผยชื่อแล้วมี 3 เกม ได้แก่ Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, NFL Madden และ FIFA โดยจะเปิดให้เล่นช่วงกลางปีนี้
Octopath Traveller เกม RPG แนวดั้งเดิมจาก Square Enix
เกมใหม่ที่เปิดตัวให้เล่นบน Stadia ก่อนแพลตฟอร์มอื่นคือ Get Packed, Crayta, Embr

เกมทุกเกมจำเป็นต้องจ่ายเงินซื้อแยกบน Stadia แบบฟรี ยกเว้น PUBG ที่ให้สมาชิก Stadia Pro (ที่ตอนนี้เปิดให้ทุกคนใช้งานฟรี 2 เดือน) เล่นฟรีอยู่แล้ว

ในมุมลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการก็ไม่น่าจะสนใจศักยภาพอะไรขนาดนั้นนะ สนใจแค่มันมีเกมที่อยากเล่นมั้ยแค่นั้นเอง

Cloud gaming ที่ไม่มี Cloud Strife ให้เล่น ก็ไม่คุ้มค่าสำหรับผม

ใครไม่ชอบแต่ผมชอบ ขอแค่มีเน็ตกับจอก็เปิดมาเล่นได้ทุกที่ตลอดเวลา ลดค่าใช้จ่ายมหาศาลจากเครื่อง Gaming PC สเปคแรง,Console เอามาลงที่เกม+อุปกรณ์บางเบาพกพาสะดวก กินพลังงานต่ำ เน้นเกมที่เล่นเรื่อยๆเล่นนานๆอย่าง MMORPG ไม่เน้นเสพกราฟิกฉูดฉาด อย่างน้อยก็ตอบโจทย์ผมคนหนึ่งแหละ ขอเป็นคนส่วนน้อยที่ชอบและรอคอยก็แล้วกัน

ที่ stadia โดนโจมตีหนัก
ๆ หลังๆ มันไม่ใช่ประเด็น cloud gaming ครับ แต่เป็นประเด็น “ความไม่จริงจังของ Google” เอง
หนักๆ คือ เพิ่มเกมช้ามาก เมื่อเทียบกับคู่แข่ง (xcloud, nvidia) โมเดลการขายแปลกๆ คือจ่ายเงินแต่ไม่มีเกมฟรี ฟีเจอร์เจ๋งๆ ที่สัญญาไว้ก็ยังไม่เสร็จซักที แถมที่ร้ายที่สุดคือ แทบไม่มีเกม 4k แท้ๆ เลย upscale ทั้งหมด

นี่ไม่รู้โชคดี หรือโชคร้ายที่มี covid-19 เลยเลื่อนการเก็บเงินเดือนแรกออกไปก่อน (ขืนเก็บเงินสภาพนี้ น่าจะโดน unsub กระจุย)
