ไมโครซอฟท์เผยเกม Forza ภาคใหม่ Forza Horizon 2, เตรียมลง Xbox 360 และ Xbox One

ไมโครซอฟท์เผยภาคต่อของเกมตระกูล Forza เกมแข่งรถประจำเครื่อง Xbox (ภาคที่แล้วก็คือ Forza Motorsport 5) โดยในภาคใหม่นี้จะใช้ชื่อว่า Forza Horizon 2 ซึ่งเป็นภาคที่ต่อยอดความสำเร็จของ Forza Horizon ภาคแรกบน Xbox 360 เมื่อปี 2012

สำหรับ Forza Horizon 2 นั้นจะใช้ทีมพัฒนาเดียวกันกับ Forza Horizon ภาคแรก (Playground Games ในสหราชอาณาจักร) ร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา Forza Motorsport 5 (Turn 10 Studios) โดย Ralph Fulton ผู้อำนวยการสร้างเกมนี้บอกว่า "(Playground Games และ Turn 10 Studios) เชื่อว่าเราสามารถสร้างเกมแข่งรถที่ประทับใจแฟน ๆ เกมแข่งรถบน Xbox One ได้"

Forza Horizon 2 จะมาพร้อมกับรถแข่งกว่า 100 แบบ ซึ่งในนั้นมีรถรุ่นใหม่ล่าสุดอย่าง Lamborghini Huracán รุ่นปี 2015 ด้านเกมเพลย์นั้น จะเป็นการแข่งขันในแถบยุโรปใต้ รวมไปถึงตัวเกมจะมีการจำลองสภาพอากาศ หรือแม้แต่ระบบ AI ที่สามารถวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการเล่นของผู้เล่นในเกม Forza 5 (ทางไมโครซอฟท์เรียกมันว่า Drivatar) ก็อยู่ใน Forza Horizon 2 ด้วยเช่นกัน อีกส่วนที่ทางทีมผู้สร้างเน้นเป็นพิเศษคือเพลงประกอบระหว่างการเล่น โดยในตัวเกมจะมีลานเทศกาลดนตรีอยู่ตรงกลางสนามแข่งเลย

Forza Horizon 2 จะเริ่มวางจำหน่ายในช่วงฤดูใบไม้ร่วงปีนี้บน Xbox 360 และ Xbox One ส่วนรายละเอียดอื่น ๆ คาดว่าน่าจะเปิดเผยในงาน E3 2014 ครับ
