Apple สั่งระงับการขาย Meizu M8 ในจีนแล้ว

หลาย ๆ คน คงจำ Meizu M8 มือถือที่เหมือน iPhone มาก ๆ ล่าสุด Apple สั่งให้ระงับการขายแล้ว

มีรายงานจาก Meizu BBS และเว็บ MeizuMe ว่า Apple ได้ติดต่อสำนักงานทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของจีนให้ระงับการจำหน่าย Meizu M8 รุ่นนี้เพราะไปลอกดีไซน์มาจาก iPhone นั่นเอง

Jack Wong ผู้บริหารของ Meizu กล่าวว่า ในเมื่อไม่มี M8 ในตลาดจีนแล้ว นั่นทำให้ Meizu M9 ซึ่งใช้ Android ที่เปิดตัวออกมาเมื่อไม่นานมานี้ถูกเลื่อนการจำหน่ายออกไปเป็นเดือนธันวาคมนี้

แต่ว่า ... ที่ตลาดแห่งหนึ่งย่าน ๆ ในเมือง เห็นมี iPhone ปลอมอยู่หลายเครื่อง ทำไมคุณจ็อบส์ไม่จัดการล่ะ

Meizu มันอยู่ในระดับที่เหนือกว่าของก็อบแล้วนะ น่าจะออกแบบเองให้มันแตกต่างเอามาแข่งกะเค้าไปเลย
เพราะคนจะซื้อ Meizu ก็ไม่ได้ซื้อเพราะมันเหมือนiPhone แล้วหละ ณ ตอนนี้

Meizu มันมาตั้งแต่ iPhone ตัวแรกไม่ใช่หรอ ปัจจุบันขาย iPhone4 แล้วเพิ่งมาสั่งระงับ เค้าขายไปได้กี่ล้านเครื่องแล้วเนี่ย

ที่ไปจัดการในจีน ไม่จัดการในไทย ก็คงเพราะว่าตลาดจีนใหญ่และน่าลงไปเล่นมากกว่าแหละครับ เลยพยายามกำจัดคู่แข่งออกไป

ส่วนในไทย ผลประโยชน์คงไม่มากขนาดนั้น ดังนั้น ปล่อยๆไำปเหอะ

ข่าวสารผิดหลายจุดนะครับ

ตอนแรก J.wong จะสู้คดี แต่ตัดสินใจไปตั้งหน้าตั้งตาขาย M9 ที่กำลังจะวางขายเดือนธันวาแทน (test unit จะได้เห็นกันเดือนนี้แล้ว) และเลิกผลิต M8 ไปชั่วคราว
ทั้งนี้เลยรวมไปถึงการเลิกพัฒนา android 2.2 for M8 ไปด้วย
โดยได้คิดวิธีแก้ปัญหาด้วยการ เอา M8 มาแลกซื้อ M9 แทนแล้วครับสำหรับลูกค้าที่ต้องการ

และล่าของล่าสุดอีก เหมือนทางการจีนจะยกฟ้องให้ Meizu ไปแล้ว

คือ ด้วยตัวเครื่องนี่ M8 (ถ้าจอไม่เสียไปซะก่อน ซึ่ง SE ไม่มีปัญหา) ดีกว่า iPhone จนถึง 3gs เลยนะครับ

เสียแต่ firmware กับ software ประกอบยังไม่เข้า win นี่แหละ
