RIM ฟ้อง Samsung ข้อหาละเมิดเครื่องหมายการค้า

บ้านเราคนติดตามข่าวมือถือกันเยอะ คงได้เห็นรูปของ Samsung Blackjack กันมาับ้าง ดูแล้วคงนึกถึงเครื่อง BlackBerry กันไม่ต้องสงสัย

งานนี้ฝั่ง RIM ผู้ผลิต BlackBerry ก็ยอมไม่ได้ครับ ต้องออกมาแสดงท่าทีว่าทางซัมซุงกำัลังละเมิดสินค้าของตนอยู่ แต่ไม่รู้ด้วยเหตุผลอะไร ข้อหาที่ทาง RIM ฟ้องนั้นกลับเป็นข้อหาเครื่องหมายทางการค้า ที่ว่ืา Blackjack นั้นไปพ้องกับ BlackBerry

เรื่องนี้อาจจะเป็นเพราะรูปร่างหน้าตาที่คล้ายๆ กันนี้อาจจะไม่สามารถเอาไปฟ้องได้ เพราะโทรศัพท์มือถือหน้าตาคล้ายๆ กันก็น่าจะมีวางขายมาก่อน BlackBerry กันบ้าง ทาง RIM เลยเอาเรื่องของเครื่องหมายการค้่ามาใช้แทน

อีกสักพักเราอาจจะได้เห็นรุ่นเดิม แล้วเปลี่ยนเป็น Chocolate?

fujitarc -- ผมเคยติดตามคดีนี้เหมือนกันครับ จำได้ว่าเค้าฟ้องเรื่องน้ำร้อนจนเกินเหตุ (หลายร้อยองศา?) ซึ่งเกินไปสำหรับชงกาแฟครับ ไม่ได้ฟ้องเรื่องไม่ติดป้ายบอกว่าน้ำนั้นร้อนหรือเย็น

เพราะตอนเกิดเหตุ โจทย์ทำน้ำร้อนหกใส่หน้าขาตัวเอง ขณะถือถ้วยกาแฟนั่งอยู่บนรถครับ ซึ่งถ้าถือถ้วยเอง ก็ต้องรู้อยู่แล้วว่ามันร้อน

ไม่เกี่ยวกับกระทู้ แต่ขอแจมนิดนะครับ :)
