ในงาน Nokia World 2013 นั้นนอกจากจะมีการประกาศว่า Instagram จะมาลง Windows Phone อย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว โนเกียยังประกาศรายชื่อแอพที่จะมาลง Asha Platform, Windows Phone 8 และ Windows RT

เริ่มต้นจาก Windows Phone 8 มีแอพที่จะเปิดตัวใหม่ตามประเภทดังนี้

  • ประเภทภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอ CamScanner, phriz.be, SophieLens HD, PicFeed และ Xbox Video
  • ประเภทข่าวสารและกีฬา Goal Live Score, ESPN F1 และ Flipboard
  • ประเภทแอพอรรถประโยชน์ InNote, TuneIn Radio รุ่นปรับปรุงใหม่ และ Papyrus
  • ประเภทสังคมออนไลน์ Instagram, LINE with Video Calls, Vine, WeChat 5.0 และ Vyclone Pro
  • ประเภทองค์กร Citrix Receiver และ Citrix GoToMeeting
  • ประเภทเกม Asphalt 8: Airborne, Rail Rush, EA Sports: FIFA 14, My Talking Tom, Rabbids Big Bang, Rayman Fiesta Run, Temple Run 2 (with Xbox LIVE) และ Hot Rodz
