กูเกิลอัพเดตแอพของตัวเองบน Android หลายตัว

เริ่มจาก Gmail for Android มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญคือ

นำ card UI มาใช้กับหน้า conversation
เพิ่มเครื่องหมายติ๊กถูกหน้าอีเมลที่เลือกให้หน้า list view
ถ้าปิดการซิงก์ของระบบหรือเฉพาะบัญชี Gmail นั้นๆ เอาไว้ ในแอพจะขึ้นเตือนด้วยว่าเราไม่ได้เปิดซิงก์อยู่

ต่อมาเป็นแอพแชท Hangouts

เพิ่มสถานะการออนไลน์ (จุดสีเขียว) แบบเดียวกับที่เคยมีใน Google Talk แล้ว
แสดงรายชื่อเพื่อนๆ ให้กด Hangout กันง่ายขึ้น แสดงคำขอสนทนาให้ชัดเจนขึ้น
กดซ่อนเพื่อนจากหน้า New Hangout ได้แล้ว

สุดท้าย YouTube เป็นอัพเดตย่อยเพิ่มฟีเจอร์เล็กๆ ในการแจ้งเตือนผ่านแอพเมื่อพบวิดีโอที่เรา "น่าจะสนใจ" และเริ่มแสดงวิดีโอที่เป็นโฆษณาในหน้ารายการวิดีโอ (What to Watch) แล้ว - Droid Life, Phandroid

YouTube เวอร์ชั่น 5.0.x นี่ ทำเอาผมลำบากเวลาดูวิดีโอแนวนอนเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะแถบเลื่อนเวลามันหายไป เวลาจะเลื่อนต้องกลับมาแนวตั้งจอเล็กแล้วก็เลื่อน แล้วพลิกกลับมาดูแนวนอนต่อ (Galaxy S II, GT-I9100T, 4.1.2)

แต่หลังจากที่อัพเดตไปเมื่อเช้าเป็น 5.1.10 ในที่สุดก็มีแถบเลื่อนเวลาโชว์ขึ้นมาให้ใช้ซะที!!
