Cisco เตรียมฟ้อง Apple เรื่องชื่อ iPhone

หลังจากที่ Jobs ได้ออกมายืนยันและประกาศตัวอย่างชัดเจนว่าจะใช้ชื่อ iPhone อย่างแน่นอน ล่าสุด Cisco เตรียมยื่นฟ้องร้องข้อหาละเมิดเครื่องหมายการค้าต่อ federal court ในสหรัฐฯ

Cisco อ้างว่า ได้ถือเครื่องหมายการค้านี้มาตั้งแต่ปี 2000 หลังจากซื้อบริษัท Infogear Technology ซึ่งเป็นผู้ลงทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้านี้ ก่อนหน้านี้ Cisco ได้ออกผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวใหม่ เมื่อปลายปีที่แล้ว ในชื่อเดียวกัน เพื่อยืนยันการถือครองเครื่องหมายการค้านี้เป็นนัย ๆ

จริงๆชื่อ iPhone นี่ผมเห็นมาจากหลาย product แล้วเหมือนกันนะครับ แต่ไม่ดังเท่าไหร่แค่นั้นเอง เหมือนกับเนื้อหาในข่าว
