หลังจาก แอปเปิลออกเดโม HTML5 แสดงพลังของ "มาตรฐานเว็บที่ใช้ได้เฉพาะ Safari เท่านั้น" (เลยโดนทั้ง Firefox และ Opera สับเละ) และ ไมโครซอฟท์ออกเดโม HTML5 เฉพาะที่ IE9 รองรับ คราวนี้ถึงคิวของผู้เล่นในตลาดเบราว์เซอร์เจ้าสุดท้ายที่ยังไม่มีข่าว นั่นคือกูเกิล

กูเกิลเปิดเว็บไซต์เฉพาะชื่อ HTML5Rocks สาธิตการทำงานของ HTML5 เช่นกัน โดยแสดงอยู่ในรูป slideshow ที่สร้างด้วย HTML5 ล้วนๆ ดูเข้าใจง่ายดีครับ

งานนี้ไม่มีการกั๊กเบราว์เซอร์แบบกรณีของแอปเปิล แต่กูเกิลก็แอบเขียนไว้ว่าเดโมนี้ออกแบบมาสำหรับ Chrome และอาจแสดงผลได้ไม่สมบูรณ์บนเบราว์เซอร์อื่นๆ

Chrome กับ Safari เท่านั้นครับ ที่ตอนนี้รองรับ HTML5 ได้ดีที่สุด ตัวอื่น ๆ ยังไม่รองรับเต็มที่ครับ คิดว่ากำลังซุ่มทำกันอยู่นะครับ Apple + Webkit ดัน HTML5 สุดตัว และมันมาแน่ ๆ

เอ้า ต่อไปวงเล็บไว้หน้าเว็บกันเถอะว่า

ปล. ตอน save แอบเห็น licence ของ code เป็น Apache License, Version 2.0

ทำไมรู้สึกว่า ไอ้ที่มีอยู่ใน HTML5 บางส่วนตอนนี้มันก็ทำได้แล้วนี่ จะมีก็แต่พวก storage เท่านั้นที่ดูแปลกตาดี เวลาเขียนโปรแกรมต่อจากนี้ไปคงสนุกน่าดู เขียนงานขึ้นด้วย แต่ผมว่าเรื่อง BUG เรื่อง hack คงโดนกันกระจาย

ผมอยากเห็นว่า Tim Berners-Lee จะคิดยังไงกับ HTML5 เมื่อเทียบกับสิ่งที่เขาสร้างขึ้นเมื่อหลายปีก่อนจังเลย :-)

ชอบ web storage ครับ รอกันมานานนม แต่มันจะไปซ้ำกับ cookie สมัยเก่าก่อนรึป่าวจนลามไปสู่ปัญหาความปลอดภัย
