ต้องส่งซ่อม ณ ประเทศที่ซื้อเท่านั้น

So sorry to hear that xxx! It is correct that the phone will definitely have to be repaired in the US. The reason why Apple products have to be repaired in their country of origination is because there are actually hardware differences between models that are sold in different countries! Because of this, to insure parts and compatibility/availability during servicing, repairs definitely have to be done in the country in which the phone was originally sold in.

In this case, your best option may be to have the phone mailed to someone you know within the US and they can have it repaired for you!
 Once repaired, they can mail it back to you. That would definitely be the best option going forward xxx…hopefully that will work for you and won’t be too inconvenient!
