ซัมซุงออกไดรฟ์ SSD รุ่นใหม่สำหรับตลาดคอนซูเมอร์ 850 Pro ที่มาแทน 840 Pro (ออกปี 2012)

จุดเด่นของ Samsung 850 Pro คือเทคโนโลยีการวางหน่วยความจำแบบ 3D NAND (หรือที่ซัมซุงเรียกว่า V-NAND) ที่เพิ่มความหนาแน่นของการเรียงชิป NAND มากกว่าเดิม และจะช่วยทำลายกำแพงความจุของ SSD ในระยะยาวต่อไป

แนวคิดของ 3D NAND คือการนำแผ่นวางชิป NAND มาขดเป็นวงกลม แทนการวางเป็นแผ่นแนวราบ (2D) ในแบบที่แล้วๆ มา (ดูคลิปประกอบท้ายข่าว) ซัมซุงบอกว่าเทคโนโลยีนี้ช่วยให้เพิ่มความจุได้เป็น 2 เท่า และยังช่วยปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในการเขียน-เสถียรภาพในการใช้งานอีกด้วย

Samsung 850 Pro ใช้เทคนิคการวางแผ่น 3D NAND แบบ 32 เลเยอร์ ซึ่งเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวแรกของซัมซุงที่มีจำนวนเลเยอร์มากขนาดนี้ (ของเดิม 24 เลเยอร์) ใช้การเชื่อมต่อแบบ SATA III และมีความจุรวมตั้งแต่ 128GB ไปจนถึง 1TB ราคาเริ่มต้นที่ 130 ดอลลาร์

หัวอ่านมีเริ่มมีปัญหาแล้วล่ะครับ ส่งเคลมด่วน #ผิดมหันต์

ส่วนตัวใช้ Evo อยู่ก็ยังรู้สึกว่าเร็วดีไม่มีปัญหาอะไรเลยครับ ต้องยอมรับว่าของเค้าดีจริงๆ อ่อมี OCZ Vertex 4 อยู่อีกตัวอันนี้ก็ได้แต่ภาวนาว่าอย่าให้เจอปัญหาเลย

Samsung ยังไม่เคยลอง เพราะตอนนี้ใช้ intel 530 120 เป็น writeback ccboot ที่ร้านเน็ตใช้มาสองปียังดีอยู่ ประกัน 5 ปี

ผมไม่ค่อยมีความรู้เรื่องทำชิป แต่ดูจากวิดีโอแล้วท่าทางมันคงจะไฮเทคมากๆ (ขนาดดูวิดีโอแล้วยังงง) แอบเห็น Intel ก็ออกตัวใหม่มาเหมือนกัน แต่สำหรับ Samsung สินค้าอื่นๆ ถึงผมจะไม่ค่อยเชื่อใจเท่าไหร่ ตั้งแต่เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า กล้อง ยันมือถือ

แต่สำหรับ SSD แล้วต้องบอกว่าโดนใจมากจริงๆ เร็ว เสถียร กินไฟต่ำ โปรแกรม Utility Samsung Magician ทีมา Support ก็ใช้งานได้จริง คือซื้อตัวเดียวได้ของดีแทบทุกอย่าง แพงกว่ายี่อื่นแค่พันกว่าๆ แต่ผมว่าที่ได้มามันเกินพันอ่ะ
