สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติเตรียมใช้ระบบ CRIMES จัดการข้อมูลรวมศูนย์

ช่วงนี้ข่าวการเมืองและตำรวจมีเยอะจนอาจจะกลบข่าวด้านไอทีของตำรวจไป แต่ในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายนที่ผ่านมา สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติก็กำลังทดสอบระบบจัดการข้อมูลคดีความต่างๆ ไว้ที่ศูนย์กลางทีเดียวกันเรียกว่าระบบ CRIMES

ระบบ CRIMES (Criminal Record Information Management Enterprise System ) จะรวมระบบจัดการคดีต่างๆ ให้สามารถสืบค้นจากทุกสถานีตำรวจได้ พร้อมกับระบบตรวจค้นประวัติคนร้าย

ตอนนี้ระบบยังไม่มีการใช้งานจริง แต่อบรมไปแล้วหลายสน. เท่าที่ดูความเห็นในเฟซบุ๊กยังมีปัญหาอยู่มาก ระบบไม่มีการจัดการลายนิ้วมือ, ไม่สามารถทำงานร่วมกับอุปกรณ์เก่าได้ อย่างไรก็ดีระบบช่วงนี้ยังอยู่ในช่วงการเตรียมพร้อมเท่านั้น

เดิมระบบเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลของตำรวจมีระบบเดิม คือ POLIS และ LOSTCAR อยู่แล้ว ส่วนระบบ CRIMES เปิดตัวมาตั้งแต่ช่วงต้นปีและตอนนี้เป็นช่วงเตรียมใช้งานจริง

แหม๋ เขียนกันดีๆ พวกนี้ไม่ต้องกลัวหรอก SQL injection ดูแล้วใช้กันเฉพาะตำรวจ ไม่มีส่วนที่ ประชาชนเข้าไปใช้นะ ก็ถ้าจะเกิดก็เกิดจากภายในลองของแหละ

Enterprise ในความหมายที่เข้าใจคืออะไรละครับจะได้อธิบายถูก

ใช่ครับเรื่องนี้เป็นไปตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา กำหนดให้พนักงานสอบสวนมีอำนาจสอบสวนความผิดที่เกิดในเขตอำนาจของตัวเอง ถ้าเราไปนอกเขตอำนาจตำรวจก็จะรับไว้ไม่ได้ครับ รับไปก็ไม่มีอำนาจสอบสวน

ผมก็หวังว่าตำรวจจะสามารถบอก สน. ที่ต้องไปได้อย่างถูกต้องนะครับ ไม่งัั้นเดี๋ยวเจอแบบว่าโยนกันไปโยนกันมา สุดท้ายกลับมาที่ สน. เดิม ไม่ได้แจ้งความกันพอดี

เท่าที่จำได้ลางๆ โรงพักแต่ละโรงพักจะมีเครื่อง Thin Client ส่งข้อมูลมา server แต่ละภาค แล้วส่งเข้าส่วนกลางทีหลัง ไม่แน่ใจว่ายังเหมือนเดิมหรือเปล่า งานนี้ล้มมาหลายรอบ กว่าจะได้ผู้ชนะการประมูล รู้สึกว่ามีข้อกำหนดข้อนึงว่าจะต้องสามารถทำงานแบบ off-line ได้ด้วยนะ เนื่องจากมีสถานีบางจุดมีปัญหาเรื่องการเชื่อมต่อ เพราะยังเชื่อมต่อผ่านดาวเทียม มีติดๆ ดับๆ เป็นบางช่วง ซึ่งมันก็ประมาณกว่า 2 ปีแล้วน ตอนนี้น่าจะดีขึ้นแล้ว แล้วก็น่าจะมีการปรับปรุง Requirement จาก TOR พอสมควร ดังนั้นเรื่องยึดข้อมูลจากส่วนกลางคงได้แค่ข้อมูลสำหรับฝ่ายบริหาร ส่วนข้อมูลล่าสุดจะอยู่ที่ server ของภาค
