ช่วงนี้มีข่าว iPhone ระเบิดออกมาบ่อยมาก สองครั้งในฝรั่งเศส และล่าสุดในเบลเยียมครับ

รายละเอียดมีสั้นๆ คราวนี้เป็นเด็กผู้ชายอายุ 15 ปี กำลังยก iPhone ขึ้นมาเพื่อกดโทร ทันใดนั้น iPhone ก็ระเบิดภายในตัวเครื่อง จอดับสนิทใช้การไม่ได้ มือของเขาไม่เป็นไรแต่ปวดหัวไปหลายวัน แอปเปิลบอกว่ายินดีมอบ iPhone เครื่องใหม่ให้ถ้าเขาส่งซากของเครื่องเดิมคืน

ในยุโรปตอนนี้มีข่าว iPhone ระเบิดรวม 11 ครั้งแล้ว แม้ว่า แอปเปิลปฏิเสธว่าการระเบิดของไอโฟนเกิดจากแบตเตอรี่ร้อน ตอนนี้รัฐบาลฝรั่งเศสเตรียมคุยกับแอปเปิลแล้วว่าจะแก้ปัญหานี้กันอย่างไร

แล้วถ้าอันที่ระเบิดไปเปลี่ยนแบตละ เขาก็ต้องขอดูให้แน่ว่าไม่ได้ไปดัดแปลง ของเขาอะ หรือว่าเอาไปซ่อมแล้วร้านเปลี่ยนแบตปลอมให้ อันนี้ ลูกค้าซวย

ต้องให้ความเป็นธรรมทั้งสองฝ่าย

แบบที่มีคนใน Blognone พูดไว้ว่า ไม่ได้เป็นเสื้อเหลือง ก็ไม่จำที่เราต้องเป็นเสื้อแดงใช่ปะ (ไม่รู้เกี่ยวกันเป่า :P )

ได้แค่นี้ก็ดีแล้ว เคยอ่านข่าวเจ้าของความคิด ไอพอด ได้แค่ ไอพอดไปเล่นแค่เครื่องเดียวเอง

สมมุติว่าแอปเปิลคิดอย่างนี้จริง ถ้าถึงหูลูกค้าเมื่อไหร่ เสียลูกค้าหลายคนแน่นอนครับ ความรับผิดชอบจากอุบัติเหตุที่อันตรายอย่างนี้มันไม่ใช่แค่ชดเชยสินค้าใหม่ให้แน่นอน :)
