ดีแทคออกโปรจูงใจลูกค้า 2G ย้ายมา 3G/4G หลัง กสทช. อาจไม่คุ้มครอง หากคลื่นหมดสัมปทาน

ดีแทครีบออกโปรโมชันจูงใจลูกค้าที่ยังใช้มือถือ 2G ให้เปลี่ยนมาเป็น 3G/4G หลังจาก กสทช. เร่งให้ดีแทคย้ายลูกค้า 2G ก่อนคลื่น 850 และ 1800MHz หมดสัมปทาน

ลูกค้าดีแทคที่ใช้มือถือ 2G ในปัจจุบัน สามารถเช็คสิทธิ์กับดีแทคเพื่อรับโปรโมชัน 3G/4G ได้ที่ศูนย์บริการดีแทคทั่วประเทศ หรือสอบถามที่เบอร์ *444

โปรโมชันย้ายคลื่นครั้งนี้ของดีแทค เป็นการป้องกันไม่ให้ลูกค้า 2G ได้รับผลกระทบ และสามารถใช้งาน 3G/4G ได้อย่างต่อเนื่องบนคลื่นความถี่ 2100 และ 2300MHz หากคลื่น 850 และ 1800MHz ที่ดีแทคถือครองอยู่ในปัจจุบันหมดสัมปทานลงในเดือนกันยายนนี้

ลูกค้าปกติคงย้ายกันไม่ลำบากเท่าไหร่ แต่คนที่ใช้งานซิมสอง ที่เครื่องไม่ได้เป็น fullnetcom 3.0 นี่สิ ลำบากแน่ๆ... น่าจะเยอพอสมควรด้วย

เครื่องไม่น่ามีปัญหา เพราะ เปลี่ยนไปหลายรอบแล้ว ไอ้ที่รองรับ 2100 หน่ะครับ
ถ้าจะมีปัญหา ก็ตรงที่เสาสัญญาณต่างจังหวัดมันมีน้อยมากกว่านะครับ

เห็นมีบางคนบอกว่า DTAC ไปขอ roaming 2G ของ AIS ครับ แต่ผมไม่เห็นข่าวนี้เลย เห็นแต่ข่าวเก่าสมัยที่คลื่น 900MHz ของ AIS หมดอายุ ทาง AIS ได้ทำสัญญาขอใช้คลื่น roaming กับ 2G ของ DTAC

เคยออกความเห็นสองปีที่แล้วว่า ไม่ควรอนุมัติให้เครื่อง2gรุ่นใหม่เข้ามาขายในไทยเพราะราคาก็ไม่ได้ถูกกว่าเครื่อง3gและสัมปทานกำลังจะหมด
