ไมโครซอฟท์เปิดตัว Office Mobile for Windows 10 สำหรับใช้บนแท็บเล็ต

ไมโครซอฟท์ถือฤกษ์ Windows 10 รุ่นจริง ออก Office Mobile for Windows 10 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยแอพ 4 ตัวในชุดคือ Word Mobile, Excel Mobile, PowerPoint Mobile และ OneNote (ข่าวเก่า)

แอพชุดนี้คือ Microsoft Office ที่เขียนแบบ Universal App สามารถทำงานได้บนจอสัมผัส เน้นที่การใช้งานบนแท็บเล็ตและพีซีจอสัมผัส

ในโอกาสเดียวกัน ไมโครซอฟท์ยังประกาศออก Office 2016 รุ่นจริงสำหรับเดสก์ท็อปในเดือนกันยายน และ Office Mobile for Windows 10 Mobile สำหรับสมาร์ทโฟน Windows 10 ในช่วงฤดูใบไม้ร่วงด้วย

ก่อนหน้านี้ไมโครซอฟท์เคยประกาศว่า Office บน Windows 10 Mobile จะใช้ชื่อ Office เฉยๆ ไม่มีสร้อย แต่ล่าสุดดูเหมือนไมโครซอฟท์จะเติมคำว่า Mobile ให้เทียบเท่ากับเวอร์ชันแท็บเล็ตแล้ว ดังนั้นตอนนี้เราจึงมี Office ทั้งหมด 3 รุ่นคือ

Office Mobile สำหรับแท็บเล็ต
Office Mobile สำหรับสมาร์ทโฟน
Office 2016 สำหรับเดสก์ท็อป

Office Mobile สามารถใช้งานได้ฟรีบนอุปกรณ์ที่จอเล็กกว่า 10.1 นิ้ว แต่ถ้าต้องการใช้บนจอที่ใหญ่กว่านั้น หรือต้องการใช้ Office 2016 ที่มีความสามารถเหนือกว่า จะต้องเสียเงินสมัครสมาชิก Office 365 เพิ่มด้วย

จะแบ่งเป็นสามรุ่นยังไงอะครับในเมื่อ Office Mobile ทั้งบน แท็บเล็ต กับ สมาร์ทโฟน เป็น UA ซึ่งก็คือแอพเดียวกันบนสโตร์??? เท่าที่ดูก็น่าจะเป็น Office Desktop กับ Office UA นิครับ แต่แค่ UA มันมีสองหน้าตาสำหรับขนาดหน้าจอต่างกัน

Thanks for your interest in the Office apps. The new Office mobile apps are designed tablets and small screen devices <10.1 inches (the Surface 2 is 10.6 inches).

If installed on a larger device like your Surface 2, the apps will provide a "view-only" experience and you won't be able edit your documents. An Office 365 subscription is required to access the full Office experience on your Surface 2 and across all of your devices.

The exception is OneNote, which is preinstalled on Windows 10 devices and available for free on your Surface 2

Office Mobile สำหรับแท็บเล็ต ใช้กับ PC แล้วมันบอกให้ activate Office 365 ถึงจะแก้ไขงานได้ ตรงกับที่บอกว่า Office ที่ใช้หน้าจอใหญ่กว่า 7 นิ้วจะไม่ฟรี ผมเข้าใจถูกใช่ใหมครับ
