โซนี่เปิดบริการ PlayStation Mobile สำหรับฝั่งลูกค้าที่ต้องการซื้อเกมไปแล้ว คราวนี้เป็นฝั่งของนักพัฒนาที่ต้องการสร้างเกมบนแพลตฟอร์ม PS Mobile (เล่นได้ทั้งบน PS Vita และมือถือที่มี PS Mobile)
PlayStation Mobile Developer Program ชุดแรกเปิดรับนักพัฒนาเกมจากยุโรปตะวันตก ญี่ปุ่น สหรัฐอเมริกา แคนาดา ออสเตรเลีย ส่วนชุดที่สองมีฮ่องกงและไต้หวันตามมาในเร็วๆ นี้ ตรงนี้นักพัฒนาต้องรอกันต่อไปว่าสุดท้ายแล้วโซนี่จะสนใจเปิดตลาดบ้านเราแค่ไหน
ค่าสมัคร 7,980 เยนหรือประมาณ 3,000 บาท จ่ายเงินแล้วได้สิทธิ์โหลด SDK และเผยแพร่เกมขึ้น Store ได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวน

ส่วนเกมเต็ม ๆ แบบตลับยังไงก็ต้องซื้อ DevKit ราคาเจ็ดหมื่นกว่าเหมือนเดิม
ก็ไม่รู้นักพัฒนาจะสนไหม เพราะยอดขา่ย Vita นั้นน้อยมากเทียบกับ 3DS ทำลง 3DS คุ้มกว่า
ส่วน Mobile นั้นก็เล่นเกมของ Android ได้ ทำบน Android ไปเลยดีกว่า

I think the main different is 'Framework'.
PSM uses Mono-based SDK which basically you have to rewrite everything in order to get it works with the framework (I don't know if there is any script-engine would run on the PSM yet). Using Mono is easier than PSV SDK (just guess it based on what I've seen from PSP SDK), but the trade off is it almost un-portable (unless you also bought Xamarin's SDK, which I don't know how much code needs to be rewritten in this case, the program could be portted to iOS and Android-native).
PS. you know the price of the Devkit, so I think you're in the industry (I'm out already). Last time I checked the price of the PSP DevKit it is almost 200k, just wonder that the price has gone down significantly since then.

DevKit ราคาลดลงเรื่อย ๆแต่ละยุค อยู่แล้วนี่ครับ PS3 จาก เจ็ดแสนสมัย PS2 เหลือไม่ถึงเจ็ดหมื่น (หลังลดราคาครั้งใหญ่ จากเดิมที่สามแสนกว่าๆ ในปี2009) แค่ลองค้นดูก็รู้ราคาได้แล้ว ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นคนในวงการหรอกครับ
