งาน BlizzCon 2026 ปีนี้ Blizzard ออกของใหม่ครบทุกแฟรนไชส์เกมในสังกัด แม้กระทั่ง Heroes of the Storm เกมแนว MOBA ที่ใช้ตัวละครในค่าย ซึ่งหยุดอัพเดตไปตั้งแต่ปี 2022 ก็ถูกปลุกชีพคืนมาอีกครั้ง

Heroes of the Storm เพิ่มฮีโร่ใหม่ครั้งแรกในรอบ 6 ปี คือ Xal'atath ตัวละครบอสจากเกม World of Warcraft: Midnight ในคลาส Ranged Assassin เริ่มเล่นได้วันที่ 28 กันยายน

ตัวแทนของ Blizzard ให้ข้อมูลกับสื่อว่า การเพิ่มตัวละครใหม่ครั้งนี้เป็นการทดสอบดูว่าแฟนเกมให้การตอบรับดีแค่ไหน หากไปได้ด้วยก็อาจจะออกฮีโร่ตัวใหม่ๆ ตามมาให้อีกในอนาคต
