ซัมซุงประกาศอัพเกรดมือถือตระกูล Galaxy สามรุ่นคือ Galaxy S, Galaxy S II, Galaxy Ace เพื่อให้วางขายในยุโรปได้

ซัมซุงถูกศาลในเนเธอร์แลนด์สั่งแบนห้ามขายมือถือ Galaxy เพราะละเมิดสิทธิบัตรของแอปเปิลด้านมัลติทัช โดยมีระยะเวลาให้แก้ไขถึงวันที่ 14 ตุลาคมนี้ ตัวแทนของซัมซุงบอกว่าแก้ฟีเจอร์ที่เป็นปัญหาแล้ว และอัพเกรดความสามารถให้ด้วย (ไม่บอกว่าทำอะไรบ้าง) ซึ่งจะวางขายในเร็วๆ นี้
