ไมโครซอฟท์เปิดตัวเครื่องมือใหม่สำหรับฝ่ายไอทีองค์กร มันคือ Windows Intune ระบบซ่อมบำรุงคอมผ่านกลุ่มเมฆของไมโครซอฟท์ ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถเฝ้าดูสถานะ จัดการ แก้ไข ปรับแต่งคอมทั้งหมดในองค์กรได้จากเว็บ

เครื่องลูกข่ายจำเป็นต้องติดตั้งโปรแกรม Windows Intune เพื่อส่งสถานะและเปิดช่องทางในการดูแลรักษาให้กับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของไมโครซอฟท์ แล้วผู้ดูแลระบบค่อยจัดการผ่านเว็บของ Windows Intune อีกต่อหนึ่ง บริการนี้ไมโครซอฟท์คิดเงินครับ ตอนนี้ยังเป็นแค่รุ่นเบต้าและยังไม่เปิดเผยราคา แต่ในรุ่นจริง องค์กรที่ใช้ Windows Intune จะได้รับสิทธิ์อัพเกรดเครื่องลูกข่ายเป็น Windows 7 Enterprise ได้ฟรี (แปลว่าค่าสมาชิกน่าจะแพง)

ดูแล้วเหมาะกับฝ่ายไอทีขององค์กรขนาดใหญ่ที่ใช้โซลูชันของไมโครซอฟท์อยู่แล้ว

ยกเว้นที่นี่ครับ อย่าดึงมาวิบัติใน Blognone เลยครับ
ผมเชื่อว่าสมาชิกที่นี่ส่วนใหญ่บรรลุนิติภาวะกันแล้ว ดังนั้นมันก็ไม่ควรจะเป็นที่สนามวิ่งเล่นของเด็กๆครับ..
(แต่ไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะห้ามเด็กเข้า)

*และน่าแปลกที่ว่าจะพบแบบนี้ในยูส(บางคน)ที่ใช้ Badge เป็น iPhone..

ยังไงก็ซ่อมได้เฉพาะ software ล่ะครับ ถ้า hardware เจ้ง ยังไงก็ต้องไปที่เครื่องอยู่ดี

แบบนี้ TeamViewer แล้วให้ทางนู้นบอก id กับ pass น่าจะง่ายกว่า

มันคือ monitoring ครับ
เหมาะกับการทำ preventive maintenance ครับ
หรือไม่ก็เจอปัญหา แล้วเข้าไปแก้ก่อนมันจะกลายเป็นเรื่องครับ

ส่วน teamviwer มันใช้เมื่อผู้ใช้เจอปัญหาแล้วแจ้งมา
คนละเรื่องกันครับ

ต่อไปคงเห็นบริการประมาณนี้ออกมาเยอะน่ะครับ รันกันบน Azure ด้วย คงจะเห็นการต่อสู้กันของแพลตฟอร์ม cloud ทั้ง EC2, Azure และ App Engine
