Google ได้เปิดตัว G Suite Enterprise บริการคลาวด์สำหรับองค์กร ซึ่งเป็นบริการที่มีฟีเจอร์ของ G Suite Business พร้อมกับฟีเจอร์เพิ่มเติมอีกหลายอย่าง โดยเฉพาะด้านความปลอดภัย
G Suite Enterprise จะมีฟีเจอร์พื้นฐานเหมือนกับ Business ตั้งแต่ Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Google Drive, Google Sites, Google Forms ฯลฯ
ส่วนในด้านฟีเจอร์สำคัญของ G Suite Enterprise เช่น
- data loss prevention (DLP) หรือฟีเจอร์ป้องกันข้อมูลหายสำหรับ Google Drive
- ระบบการใช้ใบรับรอง S/MIME ขององค์กรกับ Gmail เพื่อให้ผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถเรียกดูบันทึก Gmail โดยใช้บริการข้อมูลคลาวด์ Google BigQuery
- ใช้งานการยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้นพร้อมกับ Security Keys เช่น Yubico ทุกครั้งที่ล็อกอิน โดยผู้ดูแลระบบสามารถจัดการ Security Keys พร้อมทั้งดูรายงานการใช้ได้ด้วย
- อนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องมือจากนักพัฒนาภายนอกในการเก็บข้อมูลของ Gmail โดยไม่บังคับใช้งาน Google Vault เท่านั้น

ชอบระบบ Google suite มันทำให้การทำงานง่ายและสะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้นไม่ต้องผูกมัดกับวิธีทำงานแบบเดิมๆ ทำงานง่ายและรวดเร็วกว่าเดิมลดต้นทุนในหลายๆด้านได้มาก

เมื่อเช้าได้อีเมลแจ้งว่า [IMPORTANT] Changes to Gmail DLP availability for G Suite Business customers
On Jan 31, 2017, we introduced the G Suite Enterprise edition, a new offering designed to provide administrators with advanced control, customization, and insights they need to manage their business. As a part of this change, the Gmail data loss prevention (DLP) feature, previously made available to G Suite Business customers, will now be available only to customers on the G Suite Enterprise edition moving forward.
Current G Suite Business customers can continue to use Gmail DLP until their current term expires, or Jan 31, 2020, whichever comes first. Any existing Gmail DLP rules set by administrators will continue to function for their G Suite Business users until this expiration date. After that date, G Suite Business customers need to upgrade to G Suite Enterprise edition to continue using Gmail DLP.
