LINE for iOS ออกอัพเดทใหม่ รวมเวอร์ชัน iPad เข้ามาในตัว

วันนี้ LINE ออกอัพเดทแอพพลิเคชันใน iOS ใหม่เป็นเวอร์ชัน 5.9.3 ของใหม่รอบนี้คือการ "รวมแอพฯ" ระหว่าง LINE for iOS เดิม และ LINE for iPad เข้าเป็นแอพพลิเคชันแบบ Universal ตามรอย LINE for Windows 10 ที่หลอมทั้ง Windows Phone App และ WinRT App เข้าด้วยกันเป็น Universal Windows App (UWP) มาก่อนแล้ว

การอัพเดทในครั้งนี้ยังทำให้ความสามารถของ LINE บน iPad นั้นเพิ่มขึ้นมาเทียบเท่าเวอร์ชัน iPhone คือรองรับการปลดล็อกด้วย Touch ID, รองรับ Video Call/Voice Call และ LINE Premium Call, รองรับฟีเจอร์ Timeline และมีร้านสติกเกอร์เพิ่มเข้ามาแล้ว

พร้อมกันนี้ LINE ยังปรับระบบการล็อกอินเข้าแอพพลิเคชันที่เป็น Second Screen ใหม่ทั้งหมด ด้วยการร้องขอให้มีการใส่รหัส OTP 4 หลักจากเครื่องหลักที่เป็นสมาร์ทโฟน ซึ่งระบบการล็อกอินใหม่นี้จะมีผลทั้ง iPad/Mac App/Win32 App/UWP App ตั้งแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไปครับ

ตอนนี้ใน Store ยังมีไลน์สองตัวนะครับ Line for iPad (ตัวที่ไม่เคยอัพเดท) / Line ธรรมดา สามารถใช้สองตัวได้เหมือนเดิม Line ธรรมดา ผมลอง Login แล้วเห็นเป็น second screen ครับ ไม่ลบจากเครื่องหลัก

แต่สำหรับคนแก่หรือคนสายตาไม่ดี ผมว่าไม่ควรอัพ เพราะ ท่านจะต้องบ่นว่าตัวเล็กไปแน่นอน แม้ปรับฟ้อนใหญ่สุดก็ยังเล็กกว่าเดิม
