อินเทลเปิดตัวโมดูล Curie คอมพิวเตอร์ขนาดเล็กจิ๋วเท่ากระดุมเสื้อสำหรับการออกแบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สวมใส่ได้

โมดูล Curie ใช้ชิป Quark SE มีแรม 80kB และหน่วยความจำแฟลช 384kB เซ็นเซอร์ accelerometer และ gyroscope เชื่อมต่อภายนอกด้วย Bluetooth LE พร้อมวงจรชาร์จแบตเตอรี่ในตัว ส่วนซอฟต์แวร์รันด้วย RTOS

นอกจากการเปิดตัวโมดูลใหม่แล้ว อินเทลยังประกาศความร่วมมือกับ Oakley เพิ่มเติม จนตอนนี้มีแบรนด์ที่ร่วมโครงการคอมพิวเตอร์แบบสวมใส่ได้กับอินเทลแล้ว เช่น Basis Peak, Fossil, MICA

อินเทลยังไม่ประกาศราคาของโมดูล Curie แต่น่าจะวางขายครึ่งหลังของปีนี้

ตอน Atom เท่าเหรียญ บอกว่าจะใช้กับโทรศัพท์ แต่... โดน netbook เอาไปกินก่อน (โทรศัพท์นี่เห็นมี asus ใช้หลักๆ อยู่เจ้าเดียว)

ตัวนี้ออกมาเท่ากระดุม รอดูว่าจริงๆ จะเอาไปใช้กับอะไรแล้วรุ่ง หุหุ

อันนี้น่าจะคลาดเคลื่อนนะครับ

Atom สมัยนั้นอินเทลออกมาหวังจะสร้างสินค้ากลุ่ม MID (Mobile Internet Device) ไม่ใช่โทรศัพท์แต่เข้าอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ ถ้านับทุกวันนี้คงเป็น phablet ทุกวันนี้ ส่วน netbook เป็นการตอบโต้ AMD ที่เข้าร่วมกับโครงการ OLPC ที่ใช้ชิป AMD Geode อินเทลเลยออกโครงการคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาของตัวเองโดยไม่กะขายปลีกแต่เน้นขายระดับรัฐ

ASUS มาเห็นคอมพิวเตอร์ของอินเทลเลยขอพิมพ์เขียวไปทำ Eee PC ผลสุดท้ายคือ Netbook ทั้งวงการที่รุ่งอยู่พักใหญ่

ส่วน Atom ทุกวันนี้แยกสายกันไปนานแล้ว Atom Z ที่ออกแบบสำหรับโทรศัพท์มือถือเพิ่งออกมาไม่นานและมาเกิดจริงๆ ตอน ASUS ผลิต Zenfone นี่อีกที

เพราะมี Asus ด้วยละครับถึงได้รู้ว่าปัญหาต่างๆเกิดขึ้นในตัว CPU ของ Intel เองด้วยเลยแก้บัคได้ถูกจุด

หรือว่าเพราะ CPU มันถูกเลยเอามาใช้โทรศัพท์เลยราคาถูกลงไปด้วย ? (MediaTek ตัวนี้ CPU ก็ถูกนะหรือว่ามันถูกกว่า ?)
