หลังจากเปิดตัวมาได้เกือบครบ 1 ปี แอพ Twitter #music บริการติดตามและค้นหาเพลงซึ่งไม่ค่อยได้รับความนิยมแล้ว ก็ประกาศจะปิดตัวลงในวันที่ 18 เมษายนนี้ ซึ่งเป็นวันครบรอบ 1 ปีของแอพนี้พอดี ส่วนแอพใน App Store จะถอดออกในวันนี้

บัญชี @TwitterMusic ไม่ได้ให้รายละเอียดถึงสาเหตุ แต่บอกเพียงทาง Twitter จะปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการค้นหาเพลงยอดนิยมโดยอ้างอิงข้อมูลใน Twitter ที่ดีกว่านี้ครับ
