สำหรับงาน VGX 2013 (ชื่อเดิมคือ VGAs) เป็นงานประกาศรางวัลและเปิดตัวเกมดังต่าง ๆ ที่จัดขึ้นทุก ๆ ปีอีกงานหนึ่งโดย Spike TV ครับ

สำหรับผลรางวัลในแต่ละสาขาของปีนี้ ได้แก่

• Best DLC – Far Cry 3 : Blood Dragon (Ubisoft/Ubisoft Montreal)
• Best XBOX Game – Brothers : A Tale of Two Sons (505 Games/Starbreeze)
• Best PlayStation Game – The Last of Us (Sony Computer Entertainment/Naughty Dog)
• Best Nintendo Game – Super Mario 3D World (Nintendo)
• Best PC Game – Gone Home (The Fullbright Company)
• Best Handheld Game – The Legend of Zelda : A Link Between Worlds (Nintendo)
• Best Casual Game – Animal Crossing : New Leaf (Nintendo)
• Best Voice Actor – Troy Baker ให้เสียง Joel จาก The Last of Us
• Best Voice Actress – Ashley Johnson ให้เสียง Ellie จาก The Last of Us
• Best Soundtrack – Grand Theft Auto V (Rockstar Games/Rockstar North)
• Best Song in the Game – Will the Circle Be Unbroken ร้องโดย Troy Baker และ Courtney Draper จาก Bioshock Infinite
• Most Anticipated Game – Titanfall (Electronic Arts/Respawn Entertainment)
• Character of the Year – The Lutece Twins จาก BioShock Infinite
• Best Mobile Game – Plants VS Zombies 2 : It’s about time (PopCap Games)
