โซนี่โพสต์ลงใน PlayStation Blog ว่า PlayStation 4 นั้นจะมีเกมที่เปิดขายพร้อมกับตัวเครื่องทั้งหมด 22 เกม (น้อยกว่า Xbox One เพียงเกมเดียว) (อัพเดต: เกม Watch Dogs เลื่อนการวางจำหน่ายครับ ขอบคุณข้อมูลจากคุณ negithousand ครับ) ประกอบด้วยรายชื่อเกมดังนี้
