แอปเปิลได้ปล่อยเฟิร์มแวร์อัพเดตให้กับ MacBook Air รุ่นที่จัดจำหน่ายระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน 2012 จนถึงเดือนมิถุนายน 2013 โดยแอปเปิลบอกว่าเฟิร์มแวร์ตัวนี้ได้ทำการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจทำให้ข้อมูลบนไดรว์หายไปเองได้

แอปเปิลยังบอกอีกว่า ถ้าผู้ใดไม่สามารถอัพเดตเฟิร์มแวร์ตัวนี้ได้ แปลว่า SSD ของเครื่องมีปัญหา และให้ผู้ใช้เริ่มทำการสำรองข้อมูลโดยทันที หลังจากนั้นให้ตัวอัพเดต จะพาผู้ใช้ไปยังหน้าเว็บที่จะแจ้งข้อมูลบริการเปลี่ยน SSD ภายในเครื่องให้ฟรี

ผู้ที่ใช้ MacBook Air รุ่นดังกล่าว สามารถดาวน์โหลดตัวอัพเดตได้ผ่านทาง Software Update บน Mac App Store

ทำไมมีความรู้สึกว่าถ้าปัญหาเดียวกันนี้ เกิดขึ้นกับยี่ห้ออื่น จะไม่มีใครสนใจนะ? บางยี่ห้อก็แก้ไขปัญหาแต่ไม่เป็นข่าว ส่วนบางยี่ห้อไปเป็นดรามาในพันทิพแทน 555

กรณีนี้ผมคิดว่าเพราะของแอปเปิลทำเองทั้ง H/W และ S/W การตรวจสอบและควบคุมปัญหามันเลยทำได้ดีกว่า
แต่ BSOD ในวินโดว์มันเกิดได้จากหลายสาเหตุทั้ง H/W, S/W, พฤติกรรมการใช้ การแก้และควบคุมปัญหามันเลยยาก

มันเป็นเรื่องของ Hardware, Software รึเปล่าครับ

Bluescreen น่าจะมาจาก ios หรือ app iwork รออัพเดตก็น่าจะหาย คงไม่ต้องขนาดกับเปลี่ยนเครื่องมั้ง ส่วนถ้า ssd บน iphone มีปัญหา แล้วทำให้ข้อมูลหาย หรือเครื่องมีปัญหา apple ก็น่าจะเปลี่ยนให้แหละ - -'

หรือว่ามีผลเทสออกมาแล้วอ่ะครับว่า bluescreen เกิดจาก hardware จริงๆ

ผมซื้อ air 2012 มาตั้งแต่ ก.ค. ปีที่แล้ว

ผ่านมา 3 เดือน SSD เสีย ! ข้อมูลหายหมด

เพิ่งจะเรียกคืนเรอะ ผมพังไปครบปีละ หึหึ
