ลูกค้าได้รับแมคโคลนจาก Psystar แล้ว

หลังจากที่ Gizmodo ได้โพสเรื่องเกี่ยวกับความเป็นไปได้ว่า Psystar นั้นอาจจะเป็นเพียงเรื่องโกหกหรือเรื่องโจ๊กเท่านั้น ล่าสุด MacRumors รายงานว่ามีลูกค้าที่ได้รับ Open Computer หรือแมคโคลนจาก Psystar รายแรกแล้ว

โดยรายงานนี้มาพร้อมกับวีดีโอยืนยันว่าเป็นเรื่องจริง โดยในวีดีโอได้มีการแสดงเทคนิคที่ Psystar ได้ใช้ในการทำให้ Mac OS X รันได้ด้วย รวมไปถึงการที่ Psystar ได้เตรียมแพทช์เอาไว้ติดตั้งใน Mac OS X เพื่อระงับการทำงานของ Software Update ของระบบอีกด้วย

จนถึงตอนนี้ยังไม่มีรายงานหรือการโต้ตอบใด ๆ จากทางแอปเปิลเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ โดยตอนนี้ทุก ๆ คนก็ได้เห็นชัด ๆ แล้วว่า Psystar ได้ทำการละเมิด EULA ของ Mac OS X จริง

ถ้ามันรันบน pc ได้ 100% ก็คงจะดี ถึงแม้จะบังคับให้ใช้ hardware ที่เหมือนของ mac ทั้งหมดก็เหอะ ราคารวมๆ กัน น่าจะถูกกว่าพอสมควรเลย
