Microsoft Flight Simulator เวอร์ชันปี 2020 ที่เน้นจุดเด่นเรื่องความสมจริง กราฟิก 4K HDR ข้อมูลแผนที่ของจริง สภาพอากาศเรียลไทม์ ประกาศวันวางขายเวอร์ชันพีซี เป็นวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2020

ไมโครซอฟท์ระบุว่าข้อมูลแผนที่ในเกมมีอาคาร 1.5 พันล้านแห่ง ต้นไม้ 2 ล้านล้านต้น โมเดลเครื่องบินรวม 30 รุ่น สนามบินทั้งหมด 40 แห่ง

จำนวนเครื่องบินและสนามบิน จะขึ้นกับราคาของเกมแต่ละ edition ที่แบ่งเป็น 3 ระดับ

  • Standard Edition มีเครื่องบิน 20 รุ่น สนามบิน 30 แห่ง ราคา 59.99 ดอลลาร์
  • Deluxe Edition มีเครื่องบิน 25 รุ่น สนามบิน 35 แห่ง ราคา 89.99 ดอลลาร์
  • Premium Deluxe Edition มีเครื่องบิน 30 รุ่น สนามบิน 40 แห่ง ราคา 119.99 ดอลลาร์

สนามบินชั้นนำของโลกอย่าง Dubai, Frankfurt, Heathrow, San Francisco จะอยู่ในรุ่นแพงสุดคือ Premium Deluxe Edition เท่านั้น ทำให้เกมถูกวิจารณ์ในเรื่องนี้อยู่บ้าง (รายชื่อเครื่องบินและสนามบินทั้งหมด ดูได้จากที่มา)

เกม Microsoft Flight Simulator แบบ Standard Edition ที่ราคาถูกที่สุด จะเปิดให้เล่นฟรีสำหรับสมาชิก Xbox Game Pass for PC ที่เป็นบริการเหมาจ่ายรายเดือนด้วย ตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ออกขาย

จริงๆขายแต่เวอร์ชั่นแพงสุดก็ได้นะ เวอร์ชั่นถูกสุดเอาไว้แถมให้ลองเล่น อันกลางนี่ตัดไปเลยอ่ะ คนจะซื้อมาเล่นนี่ไม่ใช่เกมเมอร์ทั่วไปที่บ่นเรื่องเกมแพงอยู่ละ 5555

ผมว่าแพงไม่ใช่ประเด็นของเกมนี้ เพราะดูแล้ว 119 เนียอาจทำมาขายพวกฝึกบิน คนเล่นธรรมดาก็ Game Pass ไป 555 แต่ขนาดนี้ยังแพงถ้าเพิ่มสนามบินทั่วโลกราคาไม่เป็นล้านเลยหรอ 555

เนื้อหาที่ข่าวไม่ลงคือ ตัวเกมมีสนามบินมาให้ 37000 airports ทั่วโลก มาเป็นพื้นฐานอยู่แล้ว แต่จะมีเพียง 40 airportsตามในลิส ที่ถูกออกแบบมาให้สมจริงมาเป็นพิเศษเท่านั้นเองครับ
