Nokia ปฏิเสธข่าวร่วมวง Android บอกว่าอนาคตคือ Qt ต่างหาก

ต่อจากข่าว โนเกียเตรียมร่วมวง Android? โฆษกของโนเกียออกมาปฏิเสธข่าวนี้แล้ว โดยบอกว่าข่าวเรื่อง Android ไม่เป็นความจริงแต่อย่างใด และ Symbian ยังเป็นแพลตฟอร์มที่โนเกียเลือกสำหรับสมาร์ทโฟนระดับสูงอยู่เช่นเดิม

นักวิเคราะห์อีกค่ายคือ VentureBeat มองว่าแท้จริงแล้ว ความหวังของโนเกียอยู่ที่ Qt (ซึ่งได้มาจากการซื้อ Troll Tech เมื่อต้นปี 2008) ต่างหาก และโนเกียน่าจะพอร์ต Qt ลง Android ในอีกไม่ช้านี้

ฝั่งผู้บริหารของ Symbian Foundation ให้ความเห็นว่า Qt จะเป็นแกนสำคัญของ Symbian รุ่นโอเพนซอร์สในปี 2010 และจะทำให้ Symbian "สร้างระบบปฏิบัติการที่เหนือกว่าคู่แข่งได้" เขายังให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมว่า Qt จะพอร์ตไปลง Android, iPhone, Windows Mobile ในอนาคต

ผมคิดว่าตอนนี้ symbian เริ่มจะล้าหลังและห่วยกว่าเจ้าอื่นมาขึ้นไปทุกขณะแล้วนะครับ ถ้าไม่ open ไม่รอดแน่ๆ คนที่ยังทนใช้อยู่ส่วนมากเพราะไม่เคยลองเจ้าอื่น หรือกลัวการเปลี่ยนแปลง
