พีซีองค์กรอีกกว่า 184 ล้านเครื่องยังใช้งาน Windows 7 หลังระยะซัพพอร์ทเหลือปีครึ่ง

Windows 7 ยังคงเป็นปัญหาโลกแตกสำหรับไมโครซอฟท์ ยิ่งวันหมดระยะซัพพอร์ทที่กำหนดเอาไว้เดือนมกราคม 2020 ใกล้เข้ามาเรื่อยๆ ด้วยแล้ว โดยตัวเลขอย่างเป็นทางการจากไมโครซอฟท์ระบุว่า ยังคงมีพีซีในองค์กรขนาดกลางและเล็กใช้งาน Windows 7 อีกกว่า 184 ล้านเครื่อง (ไม่รวมจีน) และ 1 ใน 4 ของจำนวนนี้อยู่ในสหรัฐ

ขณะที่ตัวเลขคร่าวๆ จาก ComputerWorld ถึงจำนวน Windows 7 ทั่วโลกทั้งองค์กรทุกขนาดและผู้ใช้ทั่วไปอยู่ที่ราว 709 ล้านเครื่อง โดยฝั่งผู้ใช้ทั่วไปอยู่ที่ราว 390 ล้านเครื่อง โดยไม่รวมตัวเลขในจีนเช่นกัน

บางอย่างมันเปลี่ยนไม่ได้เพราะโปรแกรมที่ใช้มันสร้างมาในระดับ local ที่ไม่ได้อัพเกรดตาม OS เช่นโปรแกรมบัญชี เปลี่ยนทีโครตเรื่องใหญ่ นี่ก็ยังใช้ windows server 2008R2 อยู่เลย เปลี่ยนไม่ได้ ปัญหายุบยับไปหมด เพราะบางอย่างเอามาแทนกันไม่ได้

ฝั่ง server ก็เจอ เมื่อวันก่อนเจอให้ลง windows server 2003 น้ำตาจะไหลได้แต่บอกไปว่า ลงให้ได้แต่ไม่ support นะครับ :(

ฝั่งองค์กรยังมีอีกหลายองค์กรที่ใช้โปรแกรมเฉพาะซึ่งไม่สามารถใช้กับ Windows เวอร์ชันล่าสุดได้ ก็ต้องใช้เวอร์ชันเก่ากันต่อไป

Windows สำหรับองค์กร ยังมีโปรแกรมเฉพราะเยอะเกินไปที่จะเปลี่ยนและต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายมหาศาลแน่นอน ทำให้การพัฒนาต่างๆจะเป็นไปไม่ค่อยได้เลย

  • สำหรับองค์กรแล้ว ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ windows 10 + office 365 มันอัปเดตย่อยยิบ + กับไม่รองรับกับโปรแกรมเก่าๆ ปัญหาเยอะมาก
  • ครึ่งปีต้องมาเรียนรู้ หน้าตา windows 10 + office 365 ใหม่
  • update ทีนาน+แถมบั๊ก

หมด Support ก็ดีนะ จะได้ไม่ต้องมี Windows จะ Update เครื่องเว้ยเฮ้ย จะแปลง File VDO ค้างอยู่ กำลังประชุม จะปิดงบการเงิน จะท้องออกลูก ก็หยุดงานก่อนแล้ว Reboot เครื่องเดี๋ยวเน้ อีกเลยตลอดไป แต่ถ้าโดนแบบ Wanna Cry อีก ก็ตัวใครตัวมันแล้วกันนะ

Win7 นิ้งและ เสถียร ปิด update หรือเลือก update ได้แค่บางตัวด้วย คนเลยชอบ

ส่วนหนึ่งถ้า win10 แรก ๆ ไม่ไปหลอกให้เขา update ผมว่ายอด Win7 คงมหาศาลมาก

ที่ office ผมโดนไปหลายเครื่อง กลับตัวก็ไม่ทันหละไป Win10 เฉย update ที เน่าที เหนื่อยอะ
