พบปัญหา Pixel 2 XL จอเบิร์น กูเกิลรับทราบและกำลังตรวจสอบ

มีรายงานออกมาสักระยะแล้วว่า Google Pixel 2 XL (เฉพาะรุ่น XL) ที่ใช้จอแบบ POLED (Plastic OLED) มีปัญหาเรื่องจอเบิร์น และปัญหาสีของจอซีดกว่าปกติ

หนึ่งในผู้ที่พบปัญหานี้คือ Alex Dobie บรรณาธิการของเว็บไซต์ Android Central ที่เจอกับตัวเอง (จากภาพจะเห็นขอบจอด้านล่างยังมีภาพของ navigation bar ติดอยู่) เขายังบอกว่าไม่พบปัญหาแบบเดียวกันกับ Pixel 2 รุ่นปกติ ที่ซื้อพร้อมกันและใช้งานเท่าๆ กัน

กูเกิลบอกว่ารับทราบปัญหานี้แล้ว และกำลังตรวจสอบว่าสาเหตุเกิดจากอะไร ซึ่ง Android Central แนะนำว่าให้รอประกาศจากกูเกิลอีกครั้ง เพราะเครื่องอยู่ในประกันอยู่แล้ว และปัญหาลักษณะนี้เคยเกิดกับ Pixel รุ่นแรกมาบ้าง และกูเกิลก็รับประกันให้แม้เลยกำหนดรับประกันไปแล้ว

ของ Samsung เท่าที่ผ่านมือมา เพิ่งจะมาไม่เบิร์นเลยจริงก็ Note5 กับปัจจุบัน Note8 ยังไม่เจออาการ
Note2 Note3 S6edge ที่เคยใช้มาเป็นหมดเลยครับ
เคยใช้ Huawei Mate9 อยู่ครึ่งปี เวลาเปิดหน้าอะไรนานๆ ภาพค้างนะ ตอนแรกตกใจว่ายี่ห้อนี้ก็เป็น แต่มันค้างไม่นานครับ ปิดจอทิ้งไว้สักพัก ก็หาย

ถ้าเลือกได้ผมไม่อยากได้จอ OLED เลยครับ แต่ตัวเลือกไม่ค่อยมีเลยตัดๆ ใจไปว่าจออะไรก็ได้
อีกอย่างคือจอ LCD นี่ไม่ค่อยผ่านพวก VR ด้วย daydream นี่จำกัดเลยว่า LCD ไม่ได้

ใช้ S7 EDGE อยู่ เวลาเปิดจอที่มีภาพสีดำ แล้วเลื่อนมักจะเป็นเงาค้างประมาณ 0.5วิ เงาสั้นๆ เพิ่งเริ่มเป็น หลังจากใช้มาเกือบ 1 ปี

ใช้ Tab S2 เป็นเหมือนกัน สีดำค้างเป็นทางยาวเลยเป็นเงาประมาณ 2-3มิล ค้างอยู่ประมาณ 1วิ ได้ เริ่มเป็นหลังจากใช้มาได้ 1ปีกว่า

ตัวผมเองและแฟนใช้S4 , น้าและพ่อใช้note2 จนถึงปัจจุบันไม่มีอาการเบิร์น
แต่รุ่นพี่ใช้ s2 , s7 ไม่ถึงปีเบิร์น
ไม่แน่ใจรุ่นพี่ใช้ยังไง แต่แกใช้งานหนักมาก

ของผมว่าปรับสุดภาพมันสีจัดๆ บางทีเลยดูจมดำ ตัวเก่าที่บ้านสองตัวไม่พังเลยนะครับ ยังอยู่ดีใช้ LCD ตั้งแต่หลอด CCFL แต่ตัวล่าสุด 4K ถูกๆ แปปๆ Panel พังละ ไม่กี่เดือนฮ่าๆ
