พร้อมกับการเปิดตัว Connected Modular 41 TAG Heuer ก็เปิดตัว Connected Modular 45 รุ่นพิเศษ Full Diamonds อย่างเป็นทางการด้วย

ตัวเรือนขึ้นจากทองขาว (white gold) 18K และฝังเพชรที่ความบริสุทธิ์ระดับ VVS ทั่วทั้งนาฬิกา ตั้งแต่สาย (495 เม็ด) ขาตัวเรือน (lug, 16 เม็ด) และขอบตัวเรือน (bezel, 78 เม็ด) รวมทั้งสิ้น 23.35 กะรัต ส่วนสเปคอื่นก็เหมือนเดิม (ข่าวเก่า)

ราคาจำหน่ายอยู่ที่ 190,000 สวิสฟรังค์ (ประมาณ 6.2 ล้านบาท) ทำลายสถิติเป็นนาฬิกาอัจฉริยะที่แพงที่สุดในโลก (Apple Watch Edition รุ่นแรกมีราคาที่ประมาณ 10,000 ดอลลาร์หรือราว 3 แสนบาทเท่านั้น) แต่ยังถูกกว่า Richard Mille RM 004 ที่เป็นนาฬิกากลไกทั่วไป (ราคาราว 9.4 ล้านบาท)
