Apple ยืนยัน เตรียมเข้าซื้อกิจการแอพค้นหาเพลง Shazam แล้ว

หลังจากมีข่าวไม่กี่วันก่อนหน้านี้ แอปเปิลได้ออกจดหมายยืนยันการเข้าซื้อกิจการ บริการค้นหาเพลงด้วยเสียง Shazam แล้ว โดยไม่มีการเปิดเผยมูลค่า แต่คาดอยู่ราว 400 ล้านดอลลาร์ ซึ่งต่ำกว่ามูลค่าล่าสุดจากการเพิ่มทุนที่ 1 พันล้านดอลลาร์

แอปเปิลกล่าวว่า พวกเขารู้สึกยินดีที่ Shazam และทีมงานจะเข้ามาร่วมทีมกับแอปเปิล ซึ่งทั้ง Apple Music และ Shazam นั้นเป็นสิ่งที่เข้ากันได้ดี ร่วมกันค้นหาเพลง และส่งมอบประสบการณ์เพลงกับผู้ใช้งาน ด้าน Shazam กล่าวว่า แอพนี้เป็นหนึ่งในแอพที่คะแนนสูง มีผู้ใช้งานกว่าร้อยล้านคนทั่วโลก และพร้อมจะย้ายไปอยู่บ้านใหม่เพื่อส่งมอบนวัตกรรมแก่ผู้ใช้งาน

ปัจจุบัน Siri มีฟีเจอร์ค้นหาเพลงด้วยเสียงอยู่แล้วโดยทำงานผ่าน Shazam อย่างไรก็ตามในสถานะของแอพแยกนั้นยังไม่ชัดเจนว่าแอปเปิลและ Shazam จะทำอย่างไรต่อไป เนื่องจาก Shazam มีแอพอยู่บน Android แต่ที่น่าจะหายไปแน่ๆ คือการเชื่อมต่อกับบริการสตรีมมิ่งรายอื่น รวมทั้ง Spotify

อ้าว งานเข้ากันถ้วนหน้า แอปเปิลยิ่งชอบซื้อแล้วปิดแอพ นำไปยุบรวมกับของตัวเองด้วย

แอพอื่นก็มี แต่ผมใช้แอพนี้มากกว่าครับ

แปลก ไม่รู้จะซื้อไปทำไม มองอนาคตไม่ออกเลย ถ้าจะเอาไปเชื่อมกับบริการค้นหาเพลง ตัวเองก็มี Siri ที่ทำงานร่วมกับ Shazam ได้ดีอยู่แล้วนี่นา

มันไม่ได้มีแค่บน iOS ไงครับ แต่ใน Android, Windows, Mac มีหมด
เขาอาจจะใช้ Shazam เป็นตัวเพิ่มยอดผู้ใช้ Apple Music ในอนาคต

ส่วนตัวตอนนี้ย้ายไปใช้ Cortana Music Match มาสักพักแล้ว ไม่น่าจะเป็นปัญหาสักเท่าไร

แต่พอแอปเปิลซื้อแบบนี้ บอกได้คำเดียวว่า ม่ายยยยย

ขออย่าปิด Shazam เลย ผมชอบ Shazam มากกว่า แค่เปิด App กดปุ่ม ปิดหน้าจอ แล้วก็มานั่งดู Collection เพลงที่ Search ในวันหลัง

ไอ้แบบ "Hey Siri, What is this song" ลำบากชีิวิต อยากจิ้มหน้าจอแค่สองทีจบ

ซวยสำหรับผมเลยนะ ทุกวันนี้กดชาแซมปุ๊ปเข้าเพลย์ลิสต์ในสปอตติฟายให้ปั๊ป ถ้าโดนซื้อไปนี่กลายเป็นชาแซมเสร็จต้องมาไล่กดลงเพลย์ลิสต์ใหม่อีก
