แอปเปิลขอให้ LINE ถอดการส่งสติ๊กเกอร์เป็นของขวัญในแอพ

LINE ออกมาประกาศบนบล็อกว่าผู้ใช้แอพบน iOS จะไม่สามารถส่งสติ๊กเกอร์เป็นของขวัญให้เพื่อนได้แล้ว โดยให้รายละเอียดสั้นๆ ว่าทางแอปเปิลเป็นคนขอให้ถอดฟีเจอร์นี้ออกเอง

อย่างไรก็ตามหากผู้ใช้ยังมีเหรียญที่ใช้ซื้อสติ๊กเกอร์เหลืออยู่จะสามารถส่งของขวัญให้กันได้จนกว่าเหรียญจะหมด แต่หากมีเหรียญเหลือเพียง 50 เหรียญให้ติดต่อทางทีมงาน

การเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้มีผลเฉพาะแอพบน iOS ส่วนชาวแอนดรอยด์นั้นยังสามารถส่งสติ๊กเกอร์ให้กันได้ตามปกติครับ

แอปเปิ้ลมีปัญหากับระบบเหรียญของ LINE มาตั้งแต่ต้นแล้วครับ เพราะเหมือนสกุลเงินที่ค้าขายได้วนเวียนอยู่ในอาณาจักร LINE ที่แอปเปิ้ลควบคุมไม่ได้

ในช่วงแรกที่เริ่มระบบเหรียญ แอพ LINE ของ iOS เลยออกช้า สติกเกอร์เลยมีน้อยกว่าดรอย เพราะ LINE กำลังสู้กับแอปเปิ้ลเรื่องเหรียญนี้แหละ สุดท้ายก็ออกมาในรูปใช้เหรียญเพื่อส่ง gift แต่ซื้อใช้เองก็ต้องใช้เงินตรงๆ เหมือนเดิม (ส่วนดรอย ใช้เหรียญกับทุกกระบวนการเลย)

และตอนนี้แอปเปิ้ลก็คงให้เลิกใช้เหรียญแล้ว LINE เลยเอาระบบส่งสติกเกอร์ออก (มั้ง)

ข่าวนี้ออกมาอ่ะฮะ บรรดาพ่อค้าสติกเกอร์น่ะชอบ เพราะเดิมๆ iOS ส่งไม่ได้อ่ะ อย่างเศร้า
มีช่วงนึงส่งไม่ได้ ผมต้องไปซื้อในราคาปกติเพื่อส่ง ทั้งๆ ที่ถ้าซื้อเหรียญทีเดียวเยอะๆ มันถูกกว่าบานเลย

เดาๆนะครับ สงสัย apple เก็บค่าหัวคิวจาก Line ได้น้อยเพราะระบบส่งของขวัญ

เมื่อเงินไม่เข้ากระเป๋ามาเฟียคุมตลาด เค้าก็ลงดาบไม่ให้ค้าขายส่วนนี้ซะเลย

พอตอนนี้มันมีผู้ใช้ระดับร้อยล้าน จะเอาออกนอก store ให้ไปโหลดเองในเว็บก็ได้แล้วมั้งครับ อีกอย่าง google ก็ได้จาก in-app purchase อยู่ละนี่ จะตัดเงินตัวเองทำไม

สงสัย Apple ถอดออกจาก store ไปก่อนแล้ว ไม่เตือนก่อน

เหมือนพวก App ประเภทแนะนำ App ลดราคาอย่างเช่น AppShopper ที่โดนไปก่อนหน้าได้พักนึงแล้ว

ถ้าเป็น spotify ทาง the next web บอกว่า ให้เข้าไปเสียเงินซื้อเครดิตเอาผ่านเวป ซี่งเครดิตที่เราซื้อมันก็ผูกกับ userเราอยู่แล้ว จากนั้นก็ค่อยไป redeem เอาทางmobile ครับ ส่วนทาง line ไม่รู้แบบแน่นอนน่ะครับ ไม่เคยใช้ แต่คาดว่าเนื่องจากเป็น coins ซึ่งเป็น virtual currency ด้วยวิธีนี้มันก็เหมือนเครดิตที่ผูกกับ user id เราทำให้มันใช้ข้ามระบบได้มั้งครับ

สมมติว่าใช้ android อยู่ละเติม coin แล้วถ้าเปลี่ยนไปใช้ ios โดยใช้ account เดิมมาผูกกะเครื่องใหม่ coin ก็จะมา (อันนี้เป็นสมมติฐานผมเองนะ ไม่เคยลอง)

แต่ผมสงสัยว่า:
ทำไมไม่โดนยกเลิก ระบบ "รับ" สติกเกอร์กิ๊ฟด้วย ที่แบบให้แอนดรอยแลกเงิน ละส่งสติกเกอร์กิ๊ฟมาให้ ios ได้ โดยที่ Apple ขาย in-app ไม่ออก

เหรียญ ก็คือ token ถ้าอีกหน่อยมันเยอะก็สามารถไปแลกของอะไรก็ได้เช่นเอาไปแลก เป็นเงินจริงๆได้ เขากลัวมีปัญหาภายหลัง ถ้าอันนี้ทำได้ อีกหน่อย เกมส์พวก casino คงทำได้มันเลย

ผมคิดว่าอาจจะเกิดจากระบบin-appเหรียญของlineเองนะครับ พอดีผมเห็นมีผู้ใช้lineหลายท่านมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการซื้อเหรียญ ตัดยอดเงินเกินไปบ้าง ไม่ได้รับเหรียญบ้าง ตรงนี้อาจจะเป็นสาเหตุให้appleยกเลิกระบบเพื่อป้องกันปัญหา อย่างไรก็ตาม เป็นแคค่สมมติฐานครับ
