OpenAI ปิดดีลซื้อจีพียู Instinct จาก AMD มูลค่ารวมหลายหมื่นล้านดอลลาร์ หุ้น AMD บวกมากกว่า 30%

OpenAI ประกาศทำข้อตกลงกับ AMD เพื่อใช้จีพียู Instinct ติดตั้งในศูนย์ข้อมูล AI กำลังไฟฟ้ารวม 6 กิกะวัตต์ โดย 1 กิกะวัตต์แรกจะใช้จีพียูรุ่นใหม่ AMD Instinct MI450 คาดเริ่มดำเนินการได้ในครึ่งหลังปี 2026

ภายใต้ข้อตกลงที่ OpenAI และ AMD บอกว่าได้ประโยชน์ร่วมกันทั้งสองฝ่าย เพราะต่างแชร์เทคโนโลยีและได้สร้างศูนย์ข้อมูลประมวลผลขนาดใหญ่นี้ AMD จะออกใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิในการซื้อหุ้น (warrant) จำนวน 160 ล้านหุ้นให้ OpenAI โดยจะทยอยให้ตามความก้าวหน้าของความร่วมมือในการสร้างศูนย์ข้อมูลทุก 1 กิกะวัตต์

Jean Hu ซีเอฟโอ AMD ประเมินว่าข้อตกลงนี้จะสร้างรายได้ให้กับ AMD หลายหมื่นล้านดอลลาร์ จึงทำให้ราคาหุ้น AMD ก่อนเปิดการซื้อขายในตลาดหุ้นสหรัฐคืนนี้ (pre-market) ปรับเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่า 30%

at end , คงไม่ใช่ว่า .. บริษัท ai/dc (gpu/storage/power etc) ดีลกันไปมา , จน value ในกระดาษ เกิน value จิงไปไกล

กองทุน ที่ ซื้อหุ้นก่อน , จะได้ ตอนไหน/ยังไง บ้างนะ .. ได้ตอนปล่อยต่อ , รึได้จากปันผลก็คุ้มแล้ว ?

ถ้าเข้าฝั่ง NVIDIA อย่างเดียว เดี๋ยวโดนบวกราคาเรื่อยๆลงฝั่ง AMD ด้วยเพื่อกดราคาฝั่ง NVIDIA สินะ
