แอปธนาคาร K PLUS, TMB Touch และ CITI ยังใช้งานบน Android 10 ไม่ได้

Android 10

ปีที่แล้วคนที่ใช้งาน Pixel น่าจะเจอปัญหาแอป K PLUS ใช้งานไม่ได้หลังอัพ Android Pie ต้องรออัพเดตสักระยะถึงกลับมาใช้งานได้ วันนี้ Android 10 ถูกปล่อยตัวเต็มให้กับผู้ใช้งาน Pixel แล้ว ซึ่งผมพบปัญหาเดิมคือแอป K PLUS ยังคงใช้งานไม่ได้เช่นเดิม

นอกจาก K PLUS แล้วแอปธนาคารอื่นที่ผมทดสอบก็มี TMB Touch และ CITI ที่ยังไม่สามารถใช้งานบน Android 10 ได้เช่นกัน ใครพบแอปธนาคารอื่นที่เจอแบบเดียวกันสามารถแจ้งเพิ่มเติมได้ในคอมเมนท์กรณีผมตกหล่นครับ ส่วนใครที่ใช้ 3 ธนาคารนี้เป็นธนาคารหลักและคิดจะอัพ Android 10 อาจต้องชะลอไปก่อนครับ

อัพเดต ธนาคารกสิกรไทย แจ้งว่า K PLUS จะได้อัพเดตกับ Android 10 ในวันที่ 6 กันยายน 2019

แปลกใจว่าทำไมไม่ทำให้ทัน เพราะเบต้าก็มีมาเยอะแล้ว คิดว่าเบต้าที่ 3 ก็น่าจะนิ่งแล้ว(ไม่เพิ่มฟีเจอร์) ก็น่าจะเริ่มพัฒนาจาก 4 ได้เลย ก็รู้อยู่ว่าจะออกประมาณเดือนกันยา อย่างน้อยก็ปล่อยช่วงก่อนออกซัก 1 สัปดาห์ก็ได้ เหตุการณ์แบบนี้ไม่ใช่เพิ่งมี แต่มีมานานแล้ว แถมเกือบ 10 ปีแล้วด้วย
บน iOS ก็เช่นกันกัน เมื่อวาน GN beta ก็ support ipados แล้ว, line tv ก็แก้ไขให้ใช้งานได้หลังจากใช้ไม่ได้มานาน เตรียมพร้อมก่อน iOS 13 จะมา

เดาว่าเรื่อง API การเข้าถึง IMEI, MAC Address ของ Android 10 ที่โดนปิดไป ทำให้ต้องหาวิธีเปลี่ยนการตรวจสอบใหม่ และคงต้องเข้าสู่กระบวนการทดสอบใหม่ทั้งหมด

ไม่น่าใช่นะครับ เพราะผมปิด permission พวกนี้หลังจากใช้แอปเสร็จเสมอ (เรื่อง IMEI เรื่องนึง แต่ K PLUS ใช้สิทธิ์ phone ยิงโฆษณาเต็มหน้าจอ) ปกติก็ "เข้าแอป" ได้ แค่จะขอสิทธิ์ก่อนนให้ใช้งานเท่านั้นเอง
