William Cai ผู้บริหารฝ่ายการตลาดของ Lenovo ให้ข้อมูลกับเว็บไซต์ TechRadar ว่าบริษัทกำลังพัฒนาแท็บเล็ตสำหรับใช้ในบ้าน โดยอิงจากคอมพิวเตอร์เดสก์ท็อปแบบ all-in-one ของตัวเอง (พวก IdeaCentre) แต่นำมาปรับลดน้ำหนักลงและเพิ่มอายุของแบตเตอรี่

แท็บเล็ตลักษณะนี้จะวางไว้บนโต๊ะและเคลื่อนย้ายไปมาได้ระหว่างห้อง เชื่อมต่อกับทีวีหรือ dock กับคอมพิวเตอร์แบบ all-in-one ได้ด้วย จากข้อมูลของ William Cai บอกว่าแท็บเล็ตตัวนี้จะมีหน้าจอ 23" และวางขายในปีนี้

ไม่รู้มีใครคิดถึง Microsoft Surface กันหรือเปล่า?

iMac รุ่นต่อไปครับ มีข่าวมานานแล้วว่าจะทำเป็นจอสัมผัสเนื่องจากมีการจดสิทธิบัตรไว้แล้วด้วยและตอนนี้การรวมกันระหว่าง iOS กับ Mac OS เริ่มเข้ามาใกล้กันเรื่อยๆ แล้ว..และถ้าออกมาจริงในระยะอันใกล้นี้ผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงก็คงเป็น Wacom ไม่มากก็น้อย เพราะ Wacom หน้าจอขนาดนี้มันก็ราคาเป็นแสนแล้ว...

Update: Lenovo just pinged us back when reaching out for a comment, and unfortunately for those with big (big!) aspirations, it seems that something was taken out of context. "We have no plans to introduce a 23-inch tablet."
