นอกจากจะออก XPS 13 รุ่น 2-in-1 แล้ว Dell ยังได้อัพเดตสเปค XPS 15 โดยเปลี่ยนหน่วยประมวลผลเป็น Core i รุ่นที่ 7, เปลี่ยนหน่วยประมวลผลกราฟิกเป็น Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 4 GB DDR5, เพิ่มตัวเลือกสำหรับตัวอ่านลายนิ้วมือ ในการใช้งาน Windows Hello, เพิ่มขนาดแบตเตอรี่ และ เปลี่ยนไปใช้ชิปการเชื่อมต่อไร้สาย Killer 1535 Wireless 2x2 + Bluetooth 4.1
