Asustek ได้ประกาศว่าจะเปิดตัวเน๊ตบุกรุ่นใหม่รุ่น E1004DN ที่จะมาพร้อมกับ optical drive แต่ยังไม่ระบุว่าจะเป็นแบบไหน เขียนแผ่นได้หรือเปล่า แต่คาดว่าน่าจะได้เพราะตอนนี้หมดยุคของ combo drive ไปเรียบร้อยแล้วแต่อะไรก็เกิดขึ้นได้ถ้าเป้าหมายคือการทำเครื่องให้ราคาไม่แพง

ตอนนี้ชักงงๆ กับทิศทางของเน๊ตบุกที่จะไปทับซ้อนกับตลาดโน๊ตบุกด้วยขนาดที่ใหญ่ขึ้นและตอนนี้จะมี optical drive ติดมาอีกด้วย แล้วอย่างงี้จะต่างจากโน๊ตบุกตรงที่การใช้หน่วยประมวลผลกลางที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่ำกว่าเท่านั้นหรือ

ส่วนเรื่องราคานั้นจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 19,000 ถึง 22,000 บาท ใครอยากได้เก็บเงินไว้รอจ่ายกลางเดือนเมษายนครับ
ใครอยากได้ optical drive บนเน๊ตบุกบ้าง โดยส่วนตัวผมคิดว่าอยู่ข้างนอกหนะดีแล้วครับ

ผมว่า Netbook ก็อยู่ใน Grey Area มาสักพักแล้วล่ะครับ อย่างถ้าจะบอกว่า Netbook ต้องมีจอขนาดเล็ก Dell ก็ออก Netbook ขนาดจอสิบสองนิ้วมาแล้ว

คิดว่านิยามมันจริง ๆ น่าจะเป็น โน๊ตบุ๊คสำหรับเล่นอินเตอร์เนตกับงานจิปาถะเล็กน้อย ล่ะมั้ง แต่นิยามที่บอกได้ถึงลักษณะลึก ๆ นี่ แล้วแต่บุคคลจริง ๆ นั่นแหละ

Optical Drive คงไม่จำเป็นเท่าไหร่สำหรับเน็ตบุ๊คทุกวันนี้ ส่วนมากผมใช้ไดรว์นี้เฉพาะตอนติดตั้งวินโดวส์ (สื่ออื่นๆ วิ่งผ่าน TCP/IP แทบทั้งหมด)

แต่เดี๋ยวนี้ติดตั้งผ่าน Flashdrive ได้หมดแล้วซะด้วยสิ

ผมว่าใช้ External Drive แทนก็ไม่ได้ไม่สะดวกอะไร

โอกาสใช้แผ่น DVD จริงๆเดี๋ยวนี้ไม่ค่อยเยอะเท่าไหร่หรอกครับ

ถ้าไม่ได้เอาไว้ดูหนัง

แผ่นซีดี แผ่นดีวีดี คืออะไร :P
เดี๋ยวนี้ใช้แต่สารพัด flash memory แล้ว ^^
แต่น่าเสียดาย ASUS บุกเบิกตลาดนี้มาก่อนแท้ๆ แต่ยิ่งทำยิ่งหลุดโลก //เอาเครื่องถูกๆกลับมาขายเหมือนเดิมได้ม๊ายยย -___-"

edit : ไปอ่านสเปคที่เวบ ASUS มาแล้ว link จอสิบนิ้ว หนัก 1.45 กิโล ... โอ้ววว นี่มัน ultraportable ประสิทธิภาพต่ำและราคาถูกชัดๆ
