Belkin ซื้อรีวิวปลอมผ่าน Amazon Mechanical Turk?

เว็บ The Daily Background มีรายงานถึงฝ่ายขายคนหนึ่งของทาง Belkin ที่ชื่อว่า Mike Bayard ได้สร้างงานในเว็บ Mechanical Turk ของ Amazon เพื่อขอซื้อรีวิวปลอม โดยจ่ายเงิน 0.65 ดอลลาร์ต่อรีวิวที่ให้คะแนนเต็มกับสินค้าบางตัวของ Belkin เอง

งานดังกล่าวระบุให้ผู้รับงานต้องรีวิวให้คะแนนกับ USB Hub แบบไร้สายรุ่น F5U301 ซึ่งได้รับการรีวิวด้านลบอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมกับรีวิวในด้านดีแล้ว ผู้ที่รับงานนี้ยังต้องให้คะแนนรีวิวอื่นๆ ที่รีวิวในด้านลบว่า Not helpful อีกด้วย

ในตอนนี้ทาง The Daily Background ยังไม่ได้รับการติดต่อกลับจากทาง Belkin ถึงกรณีนี้แต่อย่างใด แต่ทาง Amazon ก็ได้ลบความเห็นที่ให้คะแนนเต็ม และดูเหมือนจะได้รับเงินจากงานนี้ไปหมดแล้ว

ทาง The Daily Background ได้ข้อมูลว่านาย Mike Bayard ทำงานที่ Belkin จากเว็บ LinkedIn ของนาย Bayard เองโดยไม่มีการยืนยันอย่างเป็นทางการแต่อย่างใด

คำว่า "การ" น่าจะเป็นคำว่า "จาก" รึเปล่าคะ ถ้าใช่รบกวนแก้ด้วยค่ะ

ในส่วนของข่าว เราไม่คิดเลยนะคะว่า Belkin จะทำอย่างงี้ดูเหมือนบริษัทเล็ก ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพเลย

ใช้อุปกรณ์เจ้านี้หลายตัวครับ แทบไม่เคยโดนทรยศเลย

โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง (Powered) USB Hub ที่ผมเคยเปลี่ยนมาหลายตัว จนมาตัว Belkin นี่ใช้มาก็จะสามปีแล้วยังไม่มีปัญหาอะไร (ออกแบบมาได้ดีด้วยนะตัวนี้)

จริง ๆ ผมมี Wireless Router ของ Belkin ด้วย ไม่ค่อยประทับใจเท่าไหร่ แ่ต่ก็ใช้อยู่

ก็ยังคิดว่าบริษัทระดับนี้ไม่น่าจะทำตัวแบบนี้ แต่ถ้าจริงก็แย่ละ หุหุ
