True Money ล็อกบัญชีลูกค้าเนื่องจากเอาเงินในบัญชีไปจ่ายค่าไฟ?

มีรายงานจากห้อง MBK จากเว็บ Pantip.com ว่าทางบริษัท True Money หนึ่งในบริษัทเครือของทรูได้ล็อกบัญชีเงินของลูกค้าทำให้ไม่สามารถนำเงินออกจากบัญชีได้

ในรายงานระบุว่าทางทรูให้เหตุผลถึงการล็อกบัญชีครั้งนี้ว่าเนื่องจากมีการนำเงินในบัญชีไปจ่ายค่าน้ำค่าไฟ ซึ่งทางทรูไม่อยากให้ใช้ช่องทาง True Money เพื่อการนี้ อย่างไรก็ตามซอฟต์แวร์เองทาง True Money เองนั้นสามารถเลือกจ่ายค่าบริการดังกล่าวได้เอง

ในกระทู้เดียวกันมีการระบุว่าบัตรเติมเงินของทาง True Money นั้นสามารถซื้อในราคาส่งได้ส่วนลดประมาณร้อยละ 3 ซึ่งไม่มีปัญหาอะไรหากนำไปใช้กับบริการของทางทรูเอง แต่เมื่อมีการนำไปจ่ายค่าน้ำค่าไฟ น่าจะทำให้ทาง True Money ขาดทุนอย่างหนัก

True Money สามารถจ่ายค่าไฟได้ครับ เป็นบริการแรกๆ อยู่แล้วที่สามารถใช้งานได้
และถ้าซื้อบัตรเติมเงินราคาส่งลดร้อยละ 3 มันก็ขาดทุนทุกอย่างที่จ่าย ไม่เว้นแม้กระทั่งผลิตภัณฑ์ของทรูเอง

บริการทรูมันนี่เองมีหลายแบบ แบบที่ลูกค้าทั่วไปใช้ (เงินในบัญชีทรูมันนี่ไม่น่าถึงแสนแน่ ใครจะบ้าไปใส่เยอะขนาดนั้น)
หรือแบบ Truemoney Express ที่เป็นตัวแทนรับจ่ายค่าบริการให้ลูกค้า (อาจจะถึงแสน)

แต่ผมไม่ค่อยเห็นด้วยว่าเรื่องนี้เป็นเหตุให้ True Money ขาดทุนอย่างหนัก
ด่วนสรุปไปหน่อยครับ

จริงๆน่าจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบแล้วทำการล๊อคการเติมเงินเข้าระบบไม่ได้ล๊อคที่การใช้จ่าย ที่เติมไปแล้วก็ถือว่าแล้วไปเพราะเป็นความผิดของทรูเองที่ไม่รอบคอบ

ส่วนการแจ้งความยังไงก็ไม่น่าชนะเพราะในสัญญาต้องมี *เล็กๆเขียนว่าเงื่อนไขต่างๆสามารถเปลื่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

รู้สึกว่าถ้าฟ้อง true ก็จะโดนนะครับ เพราะ เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ กับ การเก็บเงินแต่ไม่บริการและไม่คืนเงิน เป็นคนละหัวข้อกันชัดเจน

ที่น่าจะทำก็คือประกาศให้มาเอาเงินคืนล่วงหน้า แล้วเลิกให้บริการในส่วนที่เป็นปัญหา

ไม่น่าทำให้ขาดทุนหรอกมั้ง
ค่าธรรมเนียมทรูมันนี่
จากข้อมูลในลิงก์ จะเห็นได้ว่ามีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการใช้บริการต่างๆ ในอัตราต่างๆ กัน
แม้จะมีการยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมเป็นจำนวนหลายรายการมาก แต่ก็ยังมีที่เก็บค่าธรรมเนียม เช่นข้อ 9.การชำระตามใบแจ้งหนี้ผ่านบริการทรูมันนี่
9.1 ชำระผ่านบัญชีทรูมันนี่ 15 บาท/รายการ
ค่าธรรมเนียมตัวนี้ไม่เห็นอยู่ในรายการยกเว้นด้วยสิ
แล้วค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ มันเยอะชะมัด ดูแล้วตาลายมาก เหอๆ

ทรูมันนี่ยังไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่แจ้งในเว็บไซต์ครับ
ค่าธรรมเนียมการโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชีทรูมันนี่ ครั้งละ 1 บาท
ค่าธรรมเนียมในการจ่ายค่าไฟ ครั้งละ 15 บาท
แต่ตัวแทนเล่นซื้อบัตรเงินสดมีส่วนลด แล้วจ่ายครั้งละ 30,000 บาท เสียค่าธรรมเนียม 15 บาท
30,000 x 0.03 = 900 ตรงนี้คงจะเป็นส่วนต่างที่ทำให้ทรูมันนี่ขาดทุน
เลยอยากให้ไปจ่ายค่าน้ำค่าไฟด้วยซิมตัวแทนทรูมันนี่ เอ็กซ์เพรส ที่ทรูมันนี่ให้ส่วนแบ่งครั้งละ 4 บาท
ผมว่าทรูต้องการเปิดช่องทางนี้ให้บุคคลทั่วไปที่ซื้อบัตรเงินสดจากเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นมากกว่าครับ

จริงเท็จแค่ไหน ยังไม่มีใครรู้

ผมก็ใช้ Truemoney จ่ายค่าไฟ ไปเป็นแสนๆ แล้ว ไม่เห็นจะเคยโดน Lock ซัก

ครั้ง จะมีแค่บางทีทำรายการแล้วไม่ขึ้น Delay นิดหน่อยเท่านั้นเอง

ไม่ได้แล้วนะครับ แต่ยังสามารถใช้ Truemoney จ่ายค่าเนท และ Bill ในเครือ True ได้ทั้งหมด
