อเมซอนซื้อกิจการ Twitch แล้ว ด้วยมูลค่า 970 ล้านดอลลาร์

อเมซอนประกาศวันนี้ว่าบริษัทได้เข้าซื้อกิจการ Twitch ซึ่งเป็นบริการถ่ายทอดสดการเล่นเกมแล้ว โดยการจ่ายเป็นเงินสด 970 ล้านดอลลาร์ คาดว่าการซื้อขายจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์ภายในสิ้นปีนี้

Jeff Bezos ซีอีโออเมซอนกล่าวว่า ปัจจุบัน Twitch มีผู้ใช้บริการเป็นประจำราว 55 ล้านคนต่อเดือน มีคลิปวิดีโอความยาวรวมกว่า 15,000 ล้านนาที แถมบริษัทยังมีอายุเพียง 3 ปีเท่านั้น จึงเป็นเหตุผลให้เขาสนใจซื้อกิจการดังกล่าว เพื่อต่อยอดเครือข่ายของผู้เล่นเกมนั่นเอง

เคยมีรายงานข่าวก่อนหน้านี้ว่ากูเกิลพยายามซื้อ Twitch แต่ไม่สำเร็จครับ

รำคาญพวก caster ที่พูดเยอะๆ แต่เท่าที่ดูพวกพูดเยอะๆ นี่เล่นเก่งชมัด
