เทคโนโลยีในการผลิตหน้าจอพัฒนาไปอีกขั้นแล้ว เมื่อ Sharp ได้เปิดตัวเทคโนโลยีหน้าจอ Free-Form Display ซึ่งเป็นหน้าจอ LCD ที่ฉีกกรอบออกมาจากข้อจำกัดเดิมที่อยู่ได้แค่ในกรอบสี่เหลี่ยม ทำให้การผลิตหน้าจอมีความหลากหลายในแง่ของดีไซน์ที่มากขึ้น โดยคาดว่าวงการรถยนต์และอุปกรณ์สวมใส่จะได้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีมากที่สุด

Free-Form Display นี้ถูกพัฒนาต่อยอดมาจากเทคโนโลยี IGZO รวมไปถึงเทคโนโลยีในการต่อและออกแบบวงจรใหม่ของ Sharp ทำให้สามารถทลายข้อจำกัดในการที่หน้าจอจะต้องเป็นสี่เหลี่ยมในแบบเดิมลงไป โดยคาดว่าน่าจะเกิดประโยชน์ต่อวงการรถยนต์ในการใช้หน้าจอนี้สำหรับหน้าปัดคอนโซลรวมไปถึงอุปกรณ์สวมใส่ ที่จะสามารถออกแบบหน้าจอได้หลากหลายมากขึ้น

ที่เห็นในหนัง sci-fi มันใกล้เข้ามาเรื่อยๆ แต่ผมชอบนะ เรือนไมล์เปลี่ยนรูปแบบได้ เป็นอะไรที่โดนใจที่สุด เกี่ยวกับเทคฯในรถยนต์
ไม่ต้องหัน ไม่ต้องเหลือบตาไปนานๆ อาจใช้แทนจอตอนถอยหลังก็ได้ ตอนนี้จินตนาการรูปแบบได้เยอะมาก

Top Left อยู่ที่ใด

สงสัยต้อง Fix โครง UI ตายตัวแบบจอ LCD สมัยก่อน

หรือไม่ก็ต้องเริ่มที่ (0,0) กลางจอ -_-
