หลายคนคงรู้จักกับ (PRODUCT) RED ซึ่งเป็นแบรนด์ที่เชิญชวนผู้ผลิตรายต่างๆ มาร่วมกันสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์สีแดง และหักรายได้ส่วนหนึ่งเข้ากองทุนโรคเอดส์ ที่ผ่านมามีแบรนด์ดังหลายเจ้าออกผลิตภัณฑ์สีแดง เช่น มือถือจาก Motorola, บัตรเครดิต American Express, รองเท้า Converse และที่น่าจะเห็นกันบ่อยสุดคือ iPod nano

ล่าสุดเป็นคิวของไมโครซอฟท์และเดลล์ โดยเดลล์จะออกเดสก์ท็อปและโน้ตบุ๊กตระกูล XPS สามรุ่นที่เป็น (PRODUCT) RED ทุกรุ่นจะมาพร้อมกับ Windows Vista Ultimate (PRODUCT) RED ซึ่งเปลี่ยนพื้นหลัง, gadget และ screensaver เป็นสีแดงทั้งหมด เดลล์และไมโครซอฟท์จะหักรายได้เข้าสมทบกองทุนโรคเอดส์ 50-80 ดอลลาร์ต่อเครื่อง (ขึ้นกับรุ่น)

งานการกุศลแบบนี้ บิล เกตส์และไมเคิล เดลล์ ออกมาโปรโมทเอง แถมได้ร็อกเกอร์ชื่อดังอย่าง Bono มาร่วมแจมด้วย (ดูภาพ) ส่วนผมยกข่าวนี้มาให้ดูเพราะรู้สึกว่า Vista RED นี่สวยดีเหมือนกันครับ
