Apple ในศึกสิบทิศออกแบบ Nano-SIM

จากการรายงานของ FT เกี่ยวกับ The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) จะเปิดให้มีการโหวต nano-SIM ในสัปดาห์หน้า ด้าน Apple พยายามที่จะเพิ่มคะแนนเสียง ด้วยการเพิ่มห้องประชุมจำนวน 6 ห้องสำหรับบริษัทสาขาที่เป็นสมาชิก ยุโรป ซึ่งจะมีคะแนนเสียงมากถึง 45 คะแนน

ทาง Apple ต้องการออกแบบตัวลิ้นชัก (สำหรับวางSIM) ซึ่งตัวออกแบบดังกล่าวได้เสร็จเรียบร้อยทั้ง iPhone และ iPad ในส่วนผู้ให้บริการโทรศัพท์ที่ต้องการใช้ nano-SIM ที่ออกใหม่นี้ต้องติดต่อกับทาง Apple ฟากฝั่งผู้ให้บริการโทรศัพท์ยุโรป ต่างก็พร้อมที่จะอยู่เคียงข้าง Apple ณ เวลานี้ Apple จดจ่ออยู่กับการจดสิทธิบัตรเกี่ยวกับ nano-SIM เพื่อเป็นผู้ควบคุมเรื่องของสิทธิโดยตรง (ประมาณว่าใครจะมาทำ nano-SIM ต้องคุยกับ Apple เรื่องสิทธิบัตรก่อน)

ทว่าเกิดการแข่งขันในด้านการออกแบบนำโดย Nokia พร้อมกองหนุน Motorola และสหาย RIM ต่างพร้อมใจพูดถึงศึกครั้งนี้ว่า “ ข้อได้เปรียบที่สำคัญอยู่ที่เทคนิค “ ส่วนด้านคะแนนเสียงของทัพโนเกีย ณ ปัจจุบันมี 92 เสียง

ไม่ว่าใครจะชนะในศึกครั้งนี้ เราผู้บริโภคก็จะได้ใช้ SIM ใหม่และแน่นอนค่าใช้จ่ายที่เพิ่มเข้ามา สำหรับรูปร่างที่ใหม่ อะแดปเตอร์ใหม่ และความยุ่งยากใหม่ๆจากผู้ให้บริการ ( เดจาวู Micro-SIM )

ซึ่งตอนนี้ Apple เรียกว่าจดจ่ออยู่กับการจดสิทธิบัตรเกี่ยวกับ nono-SIM

และรูปไม่ขึ้นครับ (error 403)

ผมว่าดีขึ้นมากเลยครับ แต่ยังดีได้อีกครับ :D ลองแบ่งลำดับความสำคัญของเนื้อหาดูครับ แล้วก็ตัดส่วนที่ไม่จำเป็นออกเพื่อให้เนื้อหามีความกระชับมากขึ้นครับ

ไม่แน่ใจว่าหมายถึงต้นฉบับประโยคนี้หรือเปล่า ถ้าใช่ลองแปลใหม่ครับ

ต้นฉบับน่าจะหมายถึง พยายามเพิ่ม 6 บริษัทสัญชาติยุโรปที่ Apple มีอำนาจควบคุม (subsidiaries) เข้าไปในกลุ่มผู้มีสิทธิโวต
