หลังจากที่เว็บบิตทอเรนท์ทั้งหลายได้ถูกกดดันอย่างหนักจากสมาคมผู้ผลิตภาพยนตร์แห่งสหรัฐอเมริกาและแคนาดา (MPAA และ CRIA) มาโดยตลอดในช่วงหลังนี้ เว็บไซท์บิตทอเรนท์ Demonoid.com หลังจากที่ได้หนีไปเปิดเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในแคนาดาแล้ว ล่าสุดทางเว็บได้ออกมาแจ้งว่า "CRIA ได้ข่มขู่ผู้ให้บริการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา ทำให้เราไม่สามารถที่จะเปิดเว็บต่อไปได้ ขออภัยสำหรับความไม่สะดวกและขอขอบคุณที่เข้าใจ"

คำถามสำคัญตอนนี้คือ Demonoid ได้ลาจากไปจริง ๆ แล้วหรือว่าจะเป็นแค่การเล่นซ่อนหาเหมือนครั้งก่อน ๆ ที่ผ่านมาโดยตลอดในประวัติศาสตร์ของ Demonoid กับแน่...

ยังไงคนจะซื้อ ถึงจะบิทมาแล้วก็ยังคงไปซื้ออยู่ดี :)

อนาคต เว็บbit ฝั่งตะวันตกคงทยอยปิดไปเรื่อยๆ
เหลือแต่หลบๆซ่อนๆ spywareตรึม แบบเว็บโหลดcrackware มั๊ง?
แต่ตราบใดยังมี จีน และ รัสเซีย ก็ไม่น่าเป็นห่วง.... ^^'
