ถ้าเครื่องของคุณไม่แรงพอที่จะเปิดกราฟิกให้สุดๆ เท่าที่หวังจริงๆ เมนบอร์ด W555 จาก EVGA อาจจะทำให้หลายๆ คนกลับไปใช้เครื่องเดสก์ทอปอีกครั้งได้ เพราะเมนบอร์ดตัวนี้รองรับการ์ด PCIe ถึง 7 ช่อง

เมนบอร์ดตัวนี้รองรับซ็อกเก็ต LGA1366 ถึงสองซ็อกเก็ต แต่เพราะเหตุนี้ถ้าจะใส่ซีพียูทั้งสองช่องจะต้องใช้ชิป Xeon ราคาแพงเท่านั้นเพราะ Core i7 นั้นมี QPI เพียงหนึ่งชุดไว้ต่อกับเมนบอร์ด ขณะที่ Xeon มีสองชุดเพื่อต่อกันเองระหว่างซีพียู

PCIe x16 ทั้ง 7 ช่องไม่สามารถทำงานเต็มที่ได้พร้อมกันโดยมีให้เลือกสองแบบคือ x16 รองรับได้ 5 ช่องคือ 1, 3, 5, 7 หรือจะใส่การ์ด x8 จำนวน 6 ใบและการ์ด x16 ในช่องที่ 7 และเนื่องจากเป็นชิป nForce ทำให้เลือกใช้การต่อขนานแบบ SLI หรือ CrossFire ก็ได้

ราคาไม่แจ้ง แต่สเปคนี้เงินต้องไม่ใช่ปัญหาล่ะครับ

น่าจะพิมพ์ผิด เพราะจริงๆแล้วควรจะเป็น "เงินไม่ใช่ปัญญา" มากกว่า ...

มันเป็นระดับ Workstation แล้วครับ
สมัยนี้ช่องว่างระหว่าง Desktop กับ Workstation ค่อยลดลงเรื่อยๆจนบางครั้งก็แยกออกได้ยาก

คราวก่อนโน้นก็ล่อ 4 Way-SLI ยัดได้ 4 ใบ
คราวนี้ล่อ 7 ใบ แถมต้องใส่ Xeon ด้วย ต้องรวยโคตรๆ ถึงจะใส่ได้ ไม่งั้นจน
เกือบลืมไป แรมคงหนีไม่พ้นแบบ ECC สินะ -*-
