ไมโครซอฟท์เปิดตัว Azure AI Studio ชุดเครื่องมือพัฒนาโมเดล AI ครบวงจรตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบกระบวนการ ฟีเจอร์ของมันประกอบด้วย

  • คลังโมเดล มีให้เลือกทั้งจาก Azure OpenAI Service (โมเดลไมโครซอฟท์ + OpenAI ซึ่งรวมถึง GPT4 ด้วย), คลังของ Hugging Face, โมเดลโอเพนซอร์สอื่นๆ
  • Prompt Flow ตัวช่วยจัดการ prompt สำหรับสั่งงาน AI
  • AI Content Safety ตัวช่วยจัดการเรื่องความปลอดภัยของ AI เช่น การตรวจสอบความสมเหตุสมผล (grounding), ตรวจสอบคำตอบที่เหยียด สร้างความเกลียดชัง ฯลฯ

เห็นแล้วเหนื่อยแทน Google ฝั่ง Microsoft + OpenAi แบ่งกันพัฒนาตามจุดแข็งของบริษัท ทำให้สามารถออกผลิตภัณฑ์ได้รวดเร็วครอบคลุมเพื่อทดสอบตลาดได้เร็วกว่า Google ซื่งมันเป็นทิศทางการพัฒนางานในสมัยใหม่ ในทางกลับกัน Google ต้องพัฒนาทั้ง Ai และ Product ปลายน้ำด้วยตนเองทำให้ใช้เวลาเยอะมากๆ ในแต่ละรอบ ถ้า Google ยังปล่อยให้เป็นแบบนี้บอกเลยว่า Google จะกลายเป็นบริษัทโบราณไม่ทันตลาดในอีกไม่กี่ปีข้างหน้า

ความจริงน่าจะให้ DeepMind เป็นอิสระพัฒนา Core Ai แล้วฝั่ง Google ก็แยก BU ตาม Product เป้าหมายแล้วเชื่อมเข้ากับ DeepMind แทนที่จะต่างคนต่างทำซ้ำกันไปมาทั้งๆ ที่ใช้ Core เทคโนโลยีเดียวกัน ก็เข้าใจนะว่าคนเก่งเยอะ ก็อยากโชว์ของ แต่เวลานี้คู่แข่งเริ่มจี้เข้ามา คงไม่ใช่เวลามีอีโก้แล้ว

เอาจริงๆ นะทรัพยากรของ Google ก็ไม่ได้ด้อยไปกว่า Microsoft ทาง Microsoft มี Copilot ใช้งานร่วมกับ Windows ผมว่าทาง Google ก็น่าจะเริ่มเชื่อม Assistant เข้ากับ Android หรือ ChromeOS ได้แล้วนะ ส่วนตัวมองว่าทิศทางของ Microsoft นี่แหล่ะ OS generation ถัดไป สุดท้ายมันจะมีแค่หน้าจอ Chat แล้วก็หน้าจอ Preview การทำงานโดยผู้ใช้ไม่จำเป็นต้องต้องจำไอคอน หรือวิธีการทำงาน โปรแกรมก็เปลี่ยนเป็น Plugin ของ Ai ไปเพื่อให้ Ai เรียนรู้พื้นฐานการทำงาน อยากได้อะไรก็บอก Ai จากนั้น Ai ก็จะเลือกโปรแกรมที่เหมาะสมเพื่อเข้าโหมดทำงาน โดยสั่งงานด้วยผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องการไม่ใช่ต้องทำเองทีละขั้นตอน แล้วค่อยมา review เพื่อปรับแก้ไขผลลัพธ์ให้ได้ตามที่ต้องการใน Core Application ที่ Ai เลือกมาให้อีกที

ผมมองแบบ forward ภาพรวมอ่ะครับ ไม่ได้มองเฉพาะจุด ผมมองว่า Azure AI Studio จะเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับผู้ผลิตที่ต้องการ Provide application บน Windows และ Cloud ในอนาคต แล้ว workflow การผลิตผลงานบน Windows จะเปลี่ยนไปจากผลิตเริ่มจาก 0 กลายเป็น เริ่มจากผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องผู้ใช้ระบุความต้องการให้ Ai แล้ว Ai สร้างผลลัพธ์มาให้เลือก เมื่อได้ที่ต้องการแล้วก็ดึงมาแก้ไขผ่าน Application ของผู้ผลิตอีกที ซึ่งแนวทางนี้ต้องมีการเชื่อม Application กับ Ai ค่อนข้างมาก ซึ่ง Azure AI Studio น่าจะถูกสร้างมาเพื่อสิ่งนี้ ถ้ามองแนวทาง Copilot เป็น base

ทั้งหมดผมเอามาจากไอเดียของผมเองที่ทำมาหลายปีแล้ว แต่บังเอิญมันดันไปคล้ายกับของ Microsoft ซะงั้นนะครับ 555 ของจริงอาจไม่ใช่แบบนี้ก็ได้

จริงๆวงการนี้แข่งกันที่ความแม่นของoutput ถึงแม้พัฒนาตามหลังแต่ยังมีโอกาสถ้าให้คำตอบตรงใจกว่า ปัญหาคือBardที่ออกมาทีหลังก็ยังไม่เก่งกว่าchatGPT
